Description
次に(3)を参照して、粘着シート70を窓ガラス61に更に近付け続けると、粘着シート70の粘着剤層が窓ガラス61に密着し、粘着シート70の窓ガラス61への貼り付けが完了する。この時、(2)で示した通り、粘着シート70と窓ガラス61との間に残留する空気は貫通孔75を介して外方に排出されているため、貼り付け時において空気溜まりが発生する虞が無い。
請求項2記載の発明は、窓ガラス等の平滑な被貼着体に貼り付けて使用する貼着シートであって、合成樹脂フィルムよりなるシート体と、シート体の一方面に形成され、被貼着体に貼り付けられる貼着層と、シート体及び貼着層を貫通するように形成されたスリットとを備え、スリットは、仮想直線上に形成された第1直線部と、第1直線部の一端から仮想直線に対して線対称に延びる一対の第2直線部と、第1直線部の他端から仮想直線に対して線対称に延びる一対の第3直線部とからなり、第2直線部の各々及び第3直線部の各々の仮想直線とのなす角度は各々30〜60°又は150°である。
このように構成すると、直線とスリットとで構成される部分が外方に開き易い。又、直線とスリットとで構成された部分が大きく開く。更に、少なくとも第1直線部に沿った両側が開く。更に、第1直線部に沿った両側の開き程度が安定する。
請求項2記載の発明は、直線とスリットとで構成される部分が外方に開き易いため、シート体と被貼着体との間の空気が抜け易くなり、その後開いた部分は元に戻る。又、直線とスリットとで構成された部分が大きく開くため、空気がより抜け易くなる。更に、少なくとも第1直線部に沿った両側が開くため、開く部分が広くなり、効率的な空気の抜けとなる。更に、第1直線部に沿った両側の開き程度が安定するため、空気抜きの信頼性が向上する。
)から閉鎖状態(貼り付け前の状態)に戻る。従って、貼り付け後の使用状態において遮光性がほとんど低下することがない。更に、スリット41を介して室内側から水等が浸入する虞が低減するため、窓ガラス61への貼り付け状態が安定する。更に、閉鎖状態のスリット41は従来例の貫通孔のような開口とはならないため、スリット41が目立ち難くなるので、遮光シート11の美観が向上する。

Claims (5)
- 窓ガラス等の平滑な被貼着体に貼り付けて使用する貼着シートであって、
合成樹脂フィルムよりなるシート体と、
前記シート体の一方面に形成され、前記被貼着体に貼り付けられる貼着層と、
前記シート体及び前記貼着層を貫通するように形成されたスリットとを備え、
前記スリットは、
仮想直線上に形成された第1直線部と、
前記第1直線部の一端から前記仮想直線に対して線対称に延びる一対の第2直線部と、
前記第1直線部の他端から前記仮想直線に対して線対称に延びる一対の第3直線部とからなり、
前記スリットは、25〜400箇所/100cm2の密度で千鳥状に配置され、
前記第1直線部の長さは1.0mmであり、
前記第2直線部の各々の長さは0.1mmであり、
前記第3直線部の各々の長さは0.1mmであり、
前記第2直線部の各々及び前記第3直線部の各々の前記仮想直線とのなす角度は各々30〜150°である、貼着シート。 - 窓ガラス等の平滑な被貼着体に貼り付けて使用する貼着シートであって、
合成樹脂フィルムよりなるシート体と、
前記シート体の一方面に形成され、前記被貼着体に貼り付けられる貼着層と、
前記シート体及び前記貼着層を貫通するように形成されたスリットとを備え、
前記スリットは、
仮想直線上に形成された第1直線部と、
前記第1直線部の一端から前記仮想直線に対して線対称に延びる一対の第2直線部と、
前記第1直線部の他端から前記仮想直線に対して線対称に延びる一対の第3直線部とからなり、
前記第2直線部の各々及び前記第3直線部の各々の前記仮想直線とのなす角度は各々
30〜60°又は150°である、貼着シート。 - 前記シート体及び前記貼着層の少なくとも一方は遮光性を有する、請求項1又は請求項2記載の貼着シート。
- 前記貼着層は、吸着剤よりなる、請求項1から請求項3のいずれかに記載の貼着シート。
- 前記貼着層は、粘着剤よりなる、請求項1から請求項3のいずれかに記載の貼着シート。
