Claims (8)
- 手により作動された施錠ヘッド(4a,5a)が装置ハウジングの落下の際に自動閉鎖され、第二安全施錠装置が設けられている航空機のギャレイ内のオーブンのような加熱装置のドア(1)を施錠する装置において、ドア(1)の一方の側面にはドア縦延長方向に延びている旋回軸線(2)が配置されていて、この側面と正反対に位置してドア(1)の開放する側面(3)にはドア内部の縦延長方向にてそれぞれに二つの互いに平行に延びている個別ロッド(11a,11b;12a,12b)から形成される一つの上下二重ロッド(10a,10b)が個別ロッドの外部位置端に上下に配置されてドアから突き出す掛け金ヘッド(4a,4b;5a,5b)を備えて形成されていて、各二重ロッド(10a,10b)では掛け金ヘッド(4a,4b;5a,5b)から遠く離れた端にドア前面に中央に把手(6a,6b)が付属されて、この把手が運動連結部材及び運動転向部材(8)を介して二重ロッド(10a,10b)と連結されていることを特徴とする装置。
- 上下二重ロッド(10a,10b)が第一の短い個別ロッド(11a,12a)と第二の長い個別ロッド(11b,12b)とを備えて形成されていて、それぞれに短い個別ロッド(11a,12a)が回転可能な上或いは下運動板(14a,14b)に蝶番止めされていて、これに対して、上二重ロッド(10a)の長い個別ロッド(11b)が下運動板(14b)に蝶番止めされて、下二重ロッド(10b)の長い個別ロッド(12b)が上運動板(14a)に蝶番止めされていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の装置。
- 各回転運動板(14a,14b)が軸受ジャーナル(15a,15b)とピン(16a,16b)により付属されたスライダ板(18a,18b)に作用し、ピン(16a,16b)と軸受ジャーナル(15a,15b)とが溝連結リンク(17a,17b)に案内されていて、スライダ板(18a,18b)が継手レバー(20a,20b)を介して把手(6a,6b)と運動転向に依存して連結されていることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の装置。
- それぞれ二本の継手レバー(20a,20b)が平行四辺形連結棒の形式に四点軸受により形成されていて、二つの軸受点が可動軸受(21と22)として形成されていることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の装置。
- 一方の継手レバー(20b)が他方の継手レバー(20a)より狭く形成されていて、両継手レバー(20a,20b)がその軸受点にフォーク状に互いに間隔をおいた平坦段部(23、25)を備えて形成されていて、狭い継手レバー(20b)の平坦段部(23)の間にその軸受点を準備する共通軸線(22)に連結ヘッド(19a,19b)によりスライダ板(18a,18b)が軸線(22)に嵌め込まれ、他方の継手レバー(20a)が把手(6a,6b)に向いた端には可動軸受(21)を有することを特徴とする請求項4に記載の装置。
- 把手(6a,6b)が互いに直接に隣接して配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の装置。
- スライダ板(18a,18b)が少なくとも一つの縦延長方向に延びている外面(26)には二つの互いに間隔をおいた係合溝(27a,27b)を備えていて、相次いで起こるドア(1)の第一閉鎖中間位置と施錠された最終位置には把手支持ハウジング(28)の係合突起(29)が係合溝に係止できることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の装置。
- ドア前面には光学的施錠解錠位置表示器(7a,7b)が設けられていることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の装置。
