Claims (21)
- 結合剤無添加の皮革ペレットを製造する方法において、
− 50〜60wt.%の初期水分量を有する削り屑を、皮革製造において廃棄物として獲得し、
− 前記削り屑を、皮革繊維を含有する粉砕皮革素材に粉砕し、
− 前記粉砕皮革素材を皮革ペレットに圧縮し、
− 前記皮革ペレットを、最大残水分量30wt.%になるまで乾燥する、方法。 - 削り屑が、クロムなめし又はグルタルジアルデヒドによるなめしにおいて得られることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 結合剤無添加の皮革ペレットを製造する方法において、
− 皮革外皮残骸又は完成皮革廃棄物を、皮革処理中に獲得し、
− 前記皮革外皮残骸又は完成皮革廃棄物を、皮革繊維を含有する粉砕皮革素材に粉砕し、
− 前記粉砕皮革素材を皮革ペレットに圧縮する、方法。 - 皮革外皮残骸が、皮革外皮をトリミング又は剥ぐことによって獲得されることを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の方法。
- 完成皮革廃棄物が、完成皮革から型抜き切片を打ち抜くことにより型を抜かれた廃棄物の形態で獲得されることを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の方法。
- 皮革外皮残骸又は完成皮革廃棄物が、粉砕処理又はペレット成形処理前に、脱脂及び/又は脱色されることを特徴とする、請求項3〜5のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 脱脂又は脱色処理後に、皮革ペレットを、30wt.%未満の残水分量になるまで乾燥することを特徴とする、請求項6に記載の方法。
- 削り屑又は完成皮革廃棄物を、約0.5mmの繊維サイズ又は粒子サイズになるまで粉砕することを特徴とする、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 混合機において、粉砕皮革素材に粉状染料を加えることを特徴とする、請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 皮革ペレットを、残水分量が<9wt.%になるまで110℃までの温度で乾燥することを特徴とする、請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 粒剤を製造する方法において、
請求項1〜10のいずれか一項に記載の方法で製造した皮革ペレットを、10〜95wt.%の割合でポリマー材料と混合して粉砕し、互いに結合してコンパウンド粒剤とし、成形する、方法。 - 皮革ペレットと混合する前に、ポリマー材料に染料を加えることを特徴とする、請求項11に記載の方法。
- 皮革ペレットとポリマー材料の混合物を押出し機において押出してコンパウンド粒剤を生じることを特徴とする、請求項11又は12に記載の方法。
- 熱可塑性樹脂であるポリマー材料を、150℃よりも高い温度まで加熱して溶融又は軟化状態にすること、及び、
冷たい又は予熱した状態の皮革ペレットを、加熱したポリマー材料へ加えてこれと混合し、粒剤に成形するまで当該混合物を冷却することを特徴とする、請求項11〜13のいずれか一項に記載の方法。 - 皮革ペレットを熱可塑性ポリマー材料へ添加する前に、熱可塑性ポリマー材料を180℃よりも高い温度に、好ましくは220℃よりも高い温度に加熱することを特徴とする、請求項14に記載の方法。
- 熱可塑性樹脂で構成されるポリマー材料を、溶融又は軟化する間、押出し機の加熱区間に沿って180℃よりも高い温度に、好ましくは220℃よりも高い温度に加熱すること、及び、
冷たい又は予熱した状態の皮革ペレットを、加熱区間の下流においてポリマー材料へ混合すること、及び、
このようにして製造したコンパウンド混合物を吐出し型を介して排出してコンパウンド粒剤に成形することを特徴とする、請求項11〜15のいずれか一項に記載の方法。 - 180℃よりも高い、好ましくは220℃よりも高い融点又は軟化点を有する熱可塑性ポリマー材料が用いられることを特徴とする、請求項14〜16のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 射出成形処理によって成形部品を製造するための、請求項11〜17のいずれか一項に記載のコンパウンド粒剤の使用。
- コンパウンド粒剤を、射出成形用金型に注入する前に、180℃よりも高い温度まで射出成形機内で加熱することを特徴とする、請求項18に記載の使用。
- 圧延処理によってフィルムを製造するための、請求項11〜17のいずれか一項に記載のコンパウンド粒剤の使用。
- コンパウンド粒剤を、圧延区間に供給する前に、180℃よりも高い温度まで加熱することを特徴とする、請求項20に記載の使用。
