Claims (3)
- 液体の移送用および貯蔵用容器(1)の内側容器(2)の排出口(12)に接続されるプラスチック製の取付部品ハウジング(18,68,71,73,81)を備えるタップ取付部品であって、
上記取付部品ハウジングは、少なくとも一部が導電性プラスチックで構成され、帯電した電荷を逃がす導電性器具(25,34,47,56,64,72,78)を有し、
上記導電性器具は、当該導電性器具と一体に構成され、当該導電性器具を接地電位に電気的に接続する接地線(27,45,54,77,79)を有し、さらに上記取付部品ハウジング(18,68,71,73,81)にも一体に接続され、
上記導電性器具(25)のセグメント部材(26)は、取付部品ハウジング(18)内の流路の形を決める導管壁(28)の壁の一部を形成し、
上記セグメント部材(26)の接触面(30)は、上記導管壁(28)の内側(29)上に露出するように配置され、
上記セグメント部材(26)は、接続面(31)を有する上記導管壁(28)の外表面と一体となって配置され、
上記接地線(27)は、同一材料からなる結合でセグメント部材(26)に接続され、
上記導電性器具(34)は、接続面(44)が導管壁の外側(46)に配置され、接触範囲(41)が環状に配置されて導管壁を貫通する接触面(42)を形成するように導管壁(35)に配置された環状のセグメント部材(40)を有することを特徴とするタップ取付部品。 - 液体の移送用および貯蔵用容器(1)の内側容器(2)の排出口(12)に接続されるプラスチック製の取付部品ハウジング(18,68,71,73,81)を備えるタップ取付部品であって、
上記取付部品ハウジングは、少なくとも一部が導電性プラスチックで構成され、帯電した電荷を逃がす導電性器具(25,34,47,56,64,72,78)を有し、
上記導電性器具は、当該導電性器具と一体に構成され、当該導電性器具を接地電位に電気的に接続する接地線(27,45,54,77,79)を有し、さらに上記取付部品ハウジング(18,68,71,73,81)にも一体に接続され、
上記導電性器具(25)のセグメント部材(26)は、取付部品ハウジング(18)内の流路の形を決める導管壁(28)の壁の一部を形成し、
上記セグメント部材(26)の接触面(30)は、上記導管壁(28)の内側(29)上に露出するように配置され、
上記セグメント部材(26)は、接続面(31)を有する上記導管壁(28)の外表面と一体となって配置され、
上記接地線(27)は、同一材料からなる結合でセグメント部材(26)に接続され、
上記導電性器具(56,54)は、そのセグメント部材(57,65)を用いて導管壁(58,56)の壁の一部を形成し、
上記セグメント部材(65)は、環として構成され、かつ上記取付部品ハウジング(71)のハウジング部(69,70)同士の間を結ぶ結合部材として構成されていることを特徴とするタップ取付部品。 - 閉鎖可能な注入口(9)、タップ取付部品(13)の接続のための排出口(12)、金属製の外殻(14)、および、スタッカートラック、スタッカークレーンまたは同種の輸送機械を使って移動可能なように構成されたサブフレーム(17)を有するプラスチック製の内側容器(2)を備える液体の移送用および貯蔵用容器であって、
請求項1又は2記載のタップ取付部品が上記内側容器(2)の上記排出口(12)に接続されていることを特徴とする液体の移送用および貯蔵用容器。
