Claims (7)
- 液体用の移送および貯蔵用容器のためのプラスチック製の栓ケーシングを有する抜き取り栓、特にフラップまたはボールコックであって、閉鎖可能な充填用はめ管と、抜き取り栓を接続するための排出用はめ管とを有するプラスチック製の内側容器を備え、金属格子または板金製の外殻を備え、ならびに内側容器を支持するための金属製または少なくとも部分的に導電性のプラスチック製のパレット状の金属製の台座を備える抜き取り栓において、
導電性プラスチック材料から完全にまたは部分的に製造された、ねじフランジとして形成された接続フランジ(21)であって、この接続フランジに栓ケーシング(18)が流入用はめ管(20)と共に螺着され、かつこの接続フランジと共に、栓ケーシング(18)が内側容器(2)の排出用はめ管(12)に溶接される接続フランジ(21)と、栓ケーシング(18)の接続フランジ(21)を移送および貯蔵容器(1)の台座(17)または外殻(14)に結合するアース導体(23)による抜き取り栓(13)の電気アースとを特徴とする抜き取り栓。 - 接続フランジ(21)がプラスチック射出成形部として製造され、接続フランジ(21)に、アース導体(23)を固定するための舌部(25)が吹き付けられ、舌部(25)が抜き取り栓(13)の取り付け状態で自由にアクセス可能であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の抜き取り栓。
- アース導体(23)が電気ケーブル(26)として形成されることを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の抜き取り栓。
- プラスチック又は金属製の導電性の条片要素(36)としてのアース導体(23)の形成を特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の抜き取り栓。
- 移送および貯蔵容器(1)の排出の際に流出する液体と接触する接続フランジ(21)の部分が、導電性の追加材料を有するプラスチックから製造され、一方、接続フランジの残りの部分は純粋なプラスチックから構成されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の抜き取り栓。
- 接続フランジ(21)が、炭素を有するポリエチレンから製造されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の抜き取り栓。
- 接続フランジ(21)が、ナノ粒子を有するポリエチレンから構成されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の抜き取り栓。
