Description
Claims (8)
- 屋根用の成形屋根部材(1),特に板状材料から製造された屋根部材(1)であって,
第一及び第二の側縁部(4,6),上縁部(8)及び下縁部(10)と,
該側縁部(4,6)の延伸する向きに対して略平行に延伸するように形成される成形屋根部材(1)の表面(22)の輪郭形状と,
2段以上の段部(12,14)からなる一連の段部を備え,該段部は上及び下縁部(8,10)に対して略平行に延伸し,該段部は下縁部(10)が段部(14)の1つを形成するように作成され,
成形屋根部材(1)の下縁部(10)に設けた湾曲部(20)であって、下縁部(10)を,下縁部(10)の略全高である下向き延伸部位(16)まで下向きに,更に,成形屋根部材(1)の表面(22)の下側で上向き延伸部位(18)において上向きに曲げて延伸させることで該下向き延伸部位(16)と該上向き延伸部位(18)との間に前記湾曲部(20)を備えている成形屋根部材(1)において,
上及び下縁部(8,10)の間に少なくとも1つの段部(12)を備え,
下縁部(10)に設けられ湾曲部(20)を備える段部(14)の輪郭は、前記側縁部(4,6)の延伸する方向及び前記成形屋根部材(1)の上下方向で略波形であって、
下縁部(10)の上向き延伸部位(18)が,下向き延伸部位(16)に向けて斜め上方に延伸することを特徴とする成形屋根部材(1)。 - 下縁部(10)に設けた段部(14)の上下方向における輪郭形状が,成形屋根部材(1)の表面(22)の段部(12)の上下方向における輪郭形状に略一致することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の成形屋根部材(1)。
- 湾曲部(20)がシーリング材又はフィラー材で充填され,該湾曲部(20)内への湿気の侵入を防ぐことを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の成形屋根部材(1)。
- 湾曲部(20)の下向き延伸部位(16)と上向き延伸部位(18)との内面間の曲げ半径が,成形屋根部材(1)の板状材料の厚みの1〜5倍であることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の成形屋根部材(1)。
- 成形屋根部材(1)が,複数の屋根部材から作られた屋根の一部材として,又は屋根パネルの全長を覆う一成形屋根部材として作成されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の成形屋根部材(1)。
- 成形屋根部材(1)が,ペンキ塗装,石粉塗装及び/又はエンボス加工を施した板状材料で作られていることを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の成形屋根部材(1)。
- 段部(12)又は下縁部(10)上の段部(14)に,止めネジを位置決めするための1以上の定位凹部が設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の成形屋根部材(1)。
- 上縁部及び下縁部(8,10)との間に設けた少なくとも1つの段部(12)が,前記側縁部(4,6)の延伸する方向において,下縁部(10)に設けた段部(14)の輪郭に一致する輪郭を有することを特徴とする請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の成形屋根部材(1)。
