×:白色ムラがひどく、市場性なし
印刷時の紙粉脱落評価:明製作所製 RI印刷試験機を用い、東洋インキ株式会社製 SMX−25タックインキを0.4cc用いて60rpmにて印刷
目視による評価
○:紙粉が発生しない
○△:紙粉が僅かに発生するが市場性はあり
△:紙粉が僅かに発生し、用途によっては市場性なし
×:紙粉が発生し、市場性なし
それぞれの実施例、比較例の評価結果は表1に示す。
Claims (6)
- 多層抄構造の白板紙であって、
表層および裏層としてパルプを含有する白層、その内側に白層のパルプよりも白色度の低い古紙パルプを含有する白下層、更に内側に古紙パルプを含有する中層を含む多層の抄合わせで構成され、
上記白層が、BET比表面積6.0m 2 /g以上、10.0m 2 /g未満である軽質炭酸カルシウムを白層のパルプ量に対して3質量%以上、10質量%未満内添して構成されていることを特徴とする白板紙。 - 表層および裏層として広葉樹晒硫酸塩パルプ(L−BKP)を全パルプ中70質量%以上含むパルプを含有する白層、その内側に白層のパルプよりも白色度の低い古紙パルプを含有する白下層、更に内側にさらに白下層のパルプよりも白色度の低い古紙パルプを含有する1層以上の中層を含む多層の抄合わせで構成されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の白板紙。
- 前記白層が、米坪20〜60g/m 2 、白色度が70〜85%であり、
前記白下層が、米坪50〜80g/m 2 、白色度が55〜75%であり、
前記中層が、米坪50〜110g/m 2 、白色度が45〜60%であることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の白板紙。 - 請求項1〜3のいずれか一つに記載の白板紙に顔料として湿式重質炭酸カルシウムを主体とした塗料を塗布乾燥してえられたことを特徴とする白板紙。
- 前記塗料が、ブレード又はロッドコーターで塗布されたことを特徴とする請求項4に記載の白板紙。
- 白層、白下層、および中層がパルプを主成分とすることを特徴とする、請求項1〜5のいずれか一つに記載の白板紙。
