Claims (12)
- 球状の外周面を有し、内周面に支持軸を貫挿できる軸受孔が形成されている内輪と、該外周面に対応する凹面を有する外輪との組合わせからなり、滑り部が球面であり、ラジアル荷重と両方向のアキシアル荷重が負荷でき、揺動運動や調心運動が可能な球面滑り軸受装置において、
前記内輪および前記外輪が、個別に成形された樹脂組成物の成形体であり、
前記内輪を成形する前記樹脂組成物が、ベース樹脂となる融点200℃以上の合成樹脂に固体潤滑剤が配合されてなり、前記外輪を成形する前記樹脂組成物が、ベース樹脂となる融点200℃以上の合成樹脂に補強材が配合されてなり、
前記内輪を成形する前記樹脂組成物のベース樹脂となる前記合成樹脂と、前記外輪を成形する前記樹脂組成物のベース樹脂となる前記合成樹脂とが、異なる樹脂であり、前記外輪用のベース樹脂は前記内輪用のベース樹脂よりも硬度が低い樹脂であり、
前記内輪の外周面は、軸方向中央部の全周に円筒状の非球面部が形成されており、
前記内輪が、該内輪を成形する前記樹脂組成物の射出成形体であり、前記非球面部に射出成形によるパーティングラインの突状が形成されていることを特徴とする球面滑り軸受装置。 - 前記外輪は、該外輪の少なくとも一方の端面に、前記内輪を挿入可能に保持する2分割以上に分割された爪部を一体に有し、前記爪部は、前記外輪端面の周方向に形成されたスリットによって設けられた薄肉部からなることを特徴とする請求項1記載の球面滑り軸受装置。
- 前記外輪の軸方向と、前記内輪の軸方向とのなす角である揺動角の上限が15〜20°であることを特徴とする請求項1または請求項2記載の球面滑り軸受装置。
- 前記スリットは、前記外輪の一方の端面に形成されており、前記スリットの深さは前記外輪の軸方向中央部まで形成されていることを特徴とする請求項2または請求項3記載の球面滑り軸受装置。
- 前記固体潤滑剤が、有機質粉末であることを特徴とする請求項1ないし請求項4のいずれか一項記載の球面滑り軸受装置。
- 前記有機質粉末が、熱硬化性樹脂粉末およびポリテトラフルオロエチレン樹脂粉末から選ばれる少なくとも1つであることを特徴とする請求項5記載の球面滑り軸受装置。
- 前記補強材が、カーボン系補強材であることを特徴とする請求項1ないし請求項6のいずれか一項記載の球面滑り軸受装置。
- 前記内輪を成形する前記樹脂組成物における前記合成樹脂が、ポリフェニレンスルフィド樹脂であり、前記外輪を成形する前記樹脂組成物における前記合成樹脂が、ポリアミド樹脂であることを特徴とする請求項1ないし請求項7のいずれか一項記載の球面滑り軸受装置。
- 前記外輪が、該外輪を成形する前記樹脂組成物の射出成形体であることを特徴とする請求項1ないし請求項8のいずれか一項記載の球面滑り軸受装置。
- 前記外輪の外周面は、ハウジングに挿嵌できる円筒状に形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1ないし請求項9のいずれか一項記載の球面滑り軸受装置。
- 前記外輪は、ハウジングに前記内輪の外周面に対応する凹面が形成されたものであることを特徴とする請求項1ないし請求項10のいずれか一項記載の球面滑り軸受装置。
- 前記外輪の内周面の軸方向断面形状が、V字状であることを特徴とする請求項1ないし請求項11のいずれか一項記載の球面滑り軸受装置。
