Claims (7)
- 球状の外周面を有する内輪と、該外周面に対応する凹球面を有する外輪との組合せからなる球面滑り軸受であって、
前記内輪および前記外輪は、個別に成形された合成樹脂の射出成形体であり、
前記外輪の少なくとも一方の端面には、前記内輪を挿入可能に保持する2分割以上に分割された爪部を一体に有し、
前記爪部は前記外輪端面の周方向に形成されたスリットによって設けられた薄肉部からなり、
前記内輪の内周面は、支持軸を貫挿できる軸受孔が形成されており、
前記内輪の外周面は、軸方向中央部の全周にパーティングラインを有する円筒状の非球面部が形成されていることを特徴とする球面滑り軸受。 - 前記外輪の軸方向と、前記内輪の軸方向とのなす角である揺動角の上限が15〜20°であることを特徴とする請求項1記載の球面滑り軸受。
- 前記スリットは、前記外輪の一方の端面に形成されており、前記スリットの深さは前記外輪の軸方向中央部まで形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1または請求項2記載の球面滑り軸受。
- 前記外輪の外周面は、ハウジングに挿嵌できる円筒状に形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1ないし請求項3のいずれか一項記載の球面滑り軸受。
- 前記内輪および前記外輪を形成する前記合成樹脂のベース樹脂は、それぞれ異なる樹脂であることを特徴とする請求項1ないし請求項4のいずれか一項記載の球面滑り軸受。
- 前記外輪用のベース樹脂は前記内輪用のベース樹脂よりも硬度が低い樹脂であることを特徴とする請求項5記載の球面滑り軸受。
- 前記内輪を形成する前記合成樹脂は、潤滑性合成樹脂であることを特徴とする請求項1ないし請求項6のいずれか一項記載の球面滑り軸受。
