Claims (1)
- 回路基板と、
前記回路基板から信号を受けるゲート駆動集積回路チップ及びデータ駆動集積回路チップと、
基板と前記基板上に形成された複数の薄膜素子構造物とを含み、前記ゲート駆動集積回路チップ及び前記データ駆動集積回路チップから信号を受ける表示板と、
を含み、
前記回路基板は、
ベース板と、
ベース板上に形成されて差動信号を伝達する複数の差動信号線と、
を含み、
前記複数の差動信号線は、各々第1信号線及び第2信号線を含み、
前記第1信号線及び前記第2信号線は互いに平行な少なくとも2つの経路に沿って延びており、
前記第1信号線及び前記第2信号線は経路変更部で経路を変え、
隣り合う前記差動信号線の経路変更部は、前記差動信号線の長手方向に沿って互いに異なる位置に配置されることを特徴とし、
前記経路変更部は、隣り合う前記差動信号線の前記第1信号線及び前記第2信号線の、互いに隣接する経路変更部の間の区間の中心部と、対向することを特徴とし、
前記ベース板は第1面及び第2面を含み、
前記少なくとも2つの経路は、前記第1面に位置する第1経路と、前記第2面に位置する第2経路とを含み、
前記第1信号線は、前記経路変更部を基準に一側では前記第1経路に位置し、他側では前記第2経路に位置し、
前記第2信号線は、前記第1信号線と反対側経路に位置することを特徴とし、
前記ベース板は、前記経路変更部に位置する1対のビアホールを含み、
前記第1信号線及び前記第2信号線は、前記1対のビアホールを介して前記第1経路から前記第2経路に経路を変えることを特徴とし、
前記第1経路と前記第2経路とは、前記第1経路を前記第2経路が位置する前記第2面に投影した場合前記経路変更部を除きオーバーラップすることを特徴とし、
前記1対のビアホールは、前記第1経路及び前記第2経路から離れていることを特徴とし、
前記1対のビアホールは、前記第1及び第2経路を基準に互いに反対側に位置して離隔されることを特徴とし、
前記経路変更部に位置する前記第1信号線及び前記第2信号線部分の平面形状は、菱形であることを特徴とする表示装置。
