Claims (4)
- 溶鉱炉から出湯される溶銑を受銑して保持し、保持した溶銑を搬送する或いは保持した溶銑に精錬処理を実施するための製鉄用容器の耐火物ライニング構造であって、製鉄用容器の外側から、鉄皮、永久耐火物層、ワーク耐火物層をこの順に有し、
前記製鉄用容器の側壁部及び底部の前記永久耐火物層は、厚みが30mm以上65mm以下の成形煉瓦の2層以上の煉瓦層からなり、前記永久耐火物層の煉瓦積み構造は、継ぎ目地構造で、且つ、前記永久耐火物層の煉瓦積み構造は、永久耐火物層の成形煉瓦間がカラ目地構造であり、
更に、前記鉄皮と前記永久耐火物層との間に、断熱材の1000℃における圧縮強度が1.2MPa以上であり、断熱材の使用環境下における圧縮強度が製鉄用容器に溶銑を保持したときに生じる静鉄圧値以上の値を有する、熱伝導率が0.15W/(m・K)以下で、厚みが5mm以下の断熱材が配置されていることを特徴とする、製鉄用容器の耐火物ライニング構造。 - 前記製鉄用容器の底部の前記永久耐火物層は、3層以上の煉瓦層からなることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の製鉄用容器の耐火物ライニング構造。
- 前記ワーク耐火物層は、施工時の厚みが100mm以上であることを特徴とする、請求項1または請求項2に記載の製鉄用容器の耐火物ライニング構造。
- 前記ワーク耐火物層は、熱伝導率が35W/(m・K)以下の成形煉瓦または不定形耐火物からなることを特徴とする、請求項1ないし請求項3の何れか1つに記載の製鉄用容器の耐火物ライニング構造。
