Claims (8)
- 2本のワイヤ状電極の先端部を平行にして束ね、その先端を揃えた構造であって、
各ワイヤ状電極は、
金属線と、
前記金属線を被覆する絶縁性を有した管状の第1絶縁材と、
前記第1絶縁材の先端部を被覆し、絶縁性と耐熱性を有した管状の第2絶縁材と、
とを備え、
前記金属線の先端面と、前記第1絶縁材の先端面は同一面内にあり、
前記第2絶縁材の先端面は、前記第1絶縁材の先端面よりも先端側に向かって突出していて、
一方の前記ワイヤ状電極の前記第2絶縁材の先端面と、他方の前記ワイヤ状電極の前記第2絶縁材の先端面とを揃えた、
ことを特徴とする液中プラズマ用電極。 - 前記第1絶縁材の先端面から前記第2絶縁材の先端面までの距離は、前記第1絶縁材料の外径の0.5〜5倍であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の液中プラズマ用電極。
- 前記金属線は、直径1mm以下であることを特徴とする請求項1または請求項2に記載の液中プラズマ用電極。
- 前記第1絶縁材の外径は、0.5〜3mmであることを特徴とする請求項1ないし請求項3のいずれか1項に記載の液中プラズマ用電極。
- 前記第2絶縁材の外径は、1〜6mmであることを特徴とする請求項1ないし請求項4のいずれか1項に記載の液中プラズマ用電極。
- 前記金属線は、ステンレス、ニッケル、白金、金、またはこれらを含む合金であることを特徴とする請求項1ないし請求項5のいずれか1項に記載の液中プラズマ用電極。
- 請求項1ないし請求項6のいずれか1項に記載の液中プラズマ用電極と、
液中プラズマ用電極の2本の前記金属線に交流電圧を印加する電源と、
を有することを特徴とする液中プラズマ装置。 - 前記電源は、交流商用電圧を昇圧した電源である、ことを特徴とする請求項7に記載の液中プラズマ装置。
