Claims (7)
- ハンドグリップ(14)とステム(12)とを備えた外科用のゾンデ(10)であって、ステム(12)がハンドグリップ(14)に結合され、かつ軸方向で互いに間隔を置いた2つの電極(16,18)を有しており、両電極(16,18)のうちの一方の、ハンドグリップに近い電極が近位の電極(18)を形成し、他方の、ハンドグリップから遠い電極が遠位の電極(16)を形成しており、両電極がそれぞれステムの外側表面を形成し、かつ絶縁体(20)により互いに隔離されており、ステム(12)が冷却流体のための流体通路(26)を有しており、該流体通路(26)がステムの内部を、ハンドグリップから、遠位の電極内まで延在している形式のものにおいて、
ステムが、近位の端部でハンドグリップ(14)に結合され、遠位の端部で閉鎖され尖鋭化された一体的な中空ボディ(30)を有しており、該中空ボディ(30)の遠位の端部が、前記遠位の電極(16)を形成しており、該中空ボディ(30)は、前記絶縁体(20)および前記近位の電極(18)の領域で前記遠位の電極(16)の領域より小さな直径を備え、絶縁層(36)を介して、前記遠位の電極(16)と同一の外径を有する絶縁体(20)および近位の電極(18)を支持しており、該近位の電極(18)は、その長さにわたって同一の直径および同一の壁厚さを有する金属管(40)により形成されており、かつ前記絶縁層(36)は、前記中空ボディ(30)と前記金属管(40)との間の空間を充填するように、半径方向で前記中空ボディ(30)と前記近位の電極(18)との間に配置されていることを特徴とする、外科用のゾンデ。 - 絶縁層(36)が中空ボディ(30)と近位の電極(18)との間ならびに中空ボディ(30)と絶縁体(20)との間に配置されている、請求項1記載の外科用のゾンデ。
- 絶縁層(36)が収縮チューブにより形成されている、請求項1または2記載の外科用のゾンデ。
- 流体通路(26)が中空ボディ内を、その閉鎖された端部まで延在し、一貫して同一の直径を有している、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項記載の外科用のゾンデ。
- チューブ(42)が流体通路(26)の内部に、流体通路(26)の、閉鎖された遠位の端部の近傍に開口を備えて設けられており、チューブ(42)が、冷却流体がチューブ(42)を通して流体通路(26)の遠位の端部の近傍まで導入され、そこでチューブ(42)の開口から流出し、かつチューブ(42)と流体通路(26)の壁との間をステム(12)の近位の端部に向かって逆流することができるように配置され接続されている、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項記載の外科用のゾンデ。
- ステム(12)がその近位の端部でハンドグリップ(14)に結合されており、そこで部分的にシーリング材(46)内に埋設されており、それにより、近位の電極を形成する管(40)がその近位の端部で完全にシーリング材(46)内に埋設されており、それに対して、中空ボディ(30)の近位の端部がシーリング材(46)から突出しているようになっている、請求項1から5までのいずれか1項記載の外科用のゾンデ。
- 近位の電極(18)がシーリング材(46)内で電気的にコンタクト形成されている、請求項6記載の外科用のゾンデ。
