Description
しかも、本発明に係る防振装置では、第1取付け部材と、第2取付け部材および第2仕切り壁と、が軸線方向に相対的に変位するとき、第2弾性体のうち、第1取付け部材に連結された外周縁部と第2仕切り壁に連結された中央部との間に位置する中間部が、弾性変形する。このとき、第2弾性体の中間部が径方向に剛性の差を有しているため、第2弾性体の中間部の変形量を、径方向の位置によって異なるようにすることが可能になり、前述の作用効果を確実に実現させることができる。

Claims (5)
- 振動発生部および振動受部の一方に連結される筒状の第1取付け部材と;
他方に連結される第2取付け部材と;
前記第1取付け部材および前記第2取付け部材を弾性的に連結する第1弾性体と;
液体が封入された前記第1取付け部材内に備えられた液室と;
前記液室を軸線方向に区画し、前記第1弾性体を壁面の一部とする主液室と、副液室とを画成する第1仕切り壁と;
前記主液室を周方向に区画し、複数の分割主液室を画成する第2仕切り壁と;
前記複数の分割主液室と、前記副液室とをそれぞれ連通する複数の制限通路と;を備え、
前記第1仕切り壁の少なくとも一部は、弾性変形可能な第2弾性体により構成され、
前記第2仕切り壁は、前記第2取付け部材および前記第2弾性体にそれぞれ連結され、
前記第2弾性体は、径方向に剛性の差を有し、
前記第2弾性体のうち、径方向の中央部は、前記第2仕切り壁に連結され、外周縁部は、前記第1取付け部材に連結され、前記中央部と前記外周縁部との間に位置する中間部は、径方向に剛性の差を有している防振装置。 - 請求項1記載の防振装置であって、
前記第2弾性体は、径方向に沿う位置ごとで異なる厚さを有し、径方向に剛性の差を有している防振装置。 - 請求項1または2に記載の防振装置であって、
前記第2弾性体の中間部の剛性は、前記中央部側から前記外周縁部側に向かうに従い、徐々に高くなっている防振装置。 - 請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載の防振装置であって、
前記第1取付け部材が前記振動発生部および前記振動受部の一方に連結され、かつ前記第2取付け部材が他方に連結された連結状態で、前記第2弾性体の中間部は、軸線方向に沿った主液室側に凸となるように湾曲している防振装置。 - 請求項1から4のいずれか1項に記載の防振装置であって、
前記第1取付け部材が前記振動発生部および前記振動受部の一方に連結され、かつ前記第2取付け部材が他方に連結された連結状態で、前記第2弾性体のうち、前記中央部は、径方向に沿って延びる平坦状であり、前記中間部は、前記中央部に対して軸線方向に傾斜している防振装置。
