Description

防振装置
 本発明は、防振装置に関する。
 本願は、2015年9月2日に、日本に出願された特願2015-172499号に基づき優先権を主張し、その内容をここに援用する。
 従来から、例えば下記特許文献1記載の防振装置が知られている。この防振装置は、筒状の外側取付け部材、および外側取付け部材の内側に配置された内側取付け部材と、外側取付け部材と内側取付け部材とを連結するとともに、外側取付け部材の中心軸線に沿う軸方向に間隔をあけて配置された一対の本体ゴムと、外側取付け部材と内側取付け部材とを連結するとともに、一対の本体ゴム間の液室を、軸方向に第1液室と第2液室とに仕切る仕切り部と、を備えている。仕切り部は、第1液室と第2液室とを連通する制限通路が形成された環状の剛体部と、剛体部に対して径方向に連なる環状の弾性部と、を備えている。
 この防振装置では、振動の入力時に、液体が、第1液室と第2液室との間を、制限通路を通して往来することで、入力された振動が減衰、吸収される。

 しかしながら、前記従来の防振装置では、振動の入力時にばね定数が上昇しやすいという問題がある。
 本発明は、前述した事情に鑑みてなされたものであって、振動の入力時におけるばね定数の上昇を抑えることを目的とする。
 上記課題を解決して、このような目的を達成するために、本発明の防振装置は、振動発生部および振動受部のうちのいずれか一方に連結される筒状の外側取付け部材、および他方に連結されるとともに前記外側取付け部材の内側に配置された内側取付け部材と、前記外側取付け部材と前記内側取付け部材とを連結するとともに、前記外側取付け部材の中心軸線に沿う軸方向に間隔をあけて配置された一対の本体ゴムと、前記外側取付け部材と前記内側取付け部材とを連結するとともに、前記一対の本体ゴム間の液室を、前記軸方向に第1液室と第2液室とに仕切る仕切り部と、を備えている。前記仕切り部は、前記第1液室と前記第2液室とを連通する制限通路が形成された環状の剛体部と、前記剛体部に対して、前記軸方向から見た平面視において前記中心軸線に直交する径方向に連なる環状の弾性部と、を備えている。前記弾性部は、前記剛体部に対して非接着状態で前記径方向に圧縮変形させられて当接している。
 この発明によれば、振動の入力時におけるばね定数の上昇を抑えることができる。
本発明の一実施形態に係る防振装置の縦断面図である。
 以下、図面を参照し、本発明の一実施形態に係る防振装置10を説明する。
 図1に示すように、防振装置10は、内部に液体(例えばエチレングリコール、水、シリコーンオイル等)が封入された、いわゆる液体封入型である。防振装置10は、例えばキャビンマウント等に適用される。
 防振装置10は、図示されない振動発生部および振動受部のうちのいずれか一方に連結される筒状の外側取付け部材11、および他方に連結されるとともに、外側取付け部材11の内側に配置された内側取付け部材12と、外側取付け部材11と内側取付け部材12とを連結するとともに、外側取付け部材11の中心軸線Oに沿う軸方向に間隔をあけて配置された一対の本体ゴム13と、外側取付け部材11と内側取付け部材12とを連結するとともに、一対の本体ゴム13間の液室25を、前記軸方向に第1液室26と第2液室27とに仕切る仕切り部15と、を備えている。
 以下では、前記軸方向から見た平面視において、前記中心軸線Oに直交する方向を径方向といい、前記中心軸線O回りに周回する方向を周方向という。
 外側取付け部材11は、本体筒11aと、本体筒11aの上端部内に嵌合された上リング体11bと、本体筒11aの下端部内に嵌合された下リング体11cと、を備えている。
 内側取付け部材12は、筒状に形成され、前記中心軸線Oと同軸に配設されている。内側取付け部材12における前記軸方向の両端部は、外側取付け部材11から前記軸方向の外側に突出している。内側取付け部材12における前記軸方向の両端部には、径方向の外側に向けて突出するフランジ部12aが、全周にわたって延設されている。
 一対の本体ゴム13は、前記中心軸線Oと同軸に配設された環状に形成されている。本体ゴム13の内周部は、内側取付け部材12に加硫接着され、本体ゴム13の外周部は、外側取付け部材11に加硫接着されている。本体ゴム13の内周部は、内側取付け部材12における前記軸方向の端部の外周面からフランジ部12aにわたって一体に連結されている。一対の本体ゴム13の各外周部は、外側取付け部材11の上リング体11bおよび下リング体11cに各別に連結されている。
 そして、本実施形態では、仕切り部15は、第1液室26と第2液室27とを連通する制限通路33が形成された環状の剛体部30と、剛体部30に対して径方向に連なる環状の弾性部29と、を備えている。弾性部29は、剛体部30に対して非接着状態で径方向に圧縮変形させられて当接している。仕切り部15は、前記軸方向に沿って一対の本体ゴム13の間に1つ配置されている。第1液室26および第2液室27はそれぞれ、全周にわたって連続して延びる環状に形成され、1つずつ設けられている。
 剛体部30は、全周にわたって連続して延在している。剛体部30は、外側取付け部材11の本体筒11a内において、上リング体11bと下リング体11cとの間に位置する部分に嵌合されている。剛体部30における前記軸方向の両端開口縁は、上リング体11bの下端縁および下リング体11cの上端縁に各別に液密に当接している。制限通路33は、剛体部30の外周面に形成されている。
 弾性部29は、ゴム材料により形成され、全周にわたって連続して延在している。弾性部29の前記軸方向に沿う縦断面視形状は矩形状となっている。弾性部29は、内側取付け部材12の外周面に加硫接着され、剛体部30の内側に嵌合されている。弾性部29は、一対の本体ゴム13と一体に形成されている。これにより、内側取付け部材12の外周面は、全域にわたってゴム材料で覆われている。
 剛体部30には、径方向の内側に向けて突出し、弾性部29の外周面が当接する突出部31が形成されている。突出部31の前記軸方向に沿う縦断面視形状は矩形状となっている。突出部31の内周面(頂面)32に対する弾性部29の接触面積は、突出部31の内周面32の面積より小さくなっている。突出部31の内周面32における前記軸方向の大きさが、弾性部29の外周面における前記軸方向の大きさより大きくなっている。弾性部29の外周面は、突出部31の内周面32に対して前記軸方向の内側に位置している。
 突出部31の内周面32における前記軸方向の両端部には、全周にわたって連続して延びる若しくは間欠的に延びる突条部32aが各別に形成されている。これらの突条部32aにより、突出部31の内周面32および弾性部29の外周面の相対的な前記軸方向の位置ずれを防いでいる。
 以上説明したように、本実施形態に係る防振装置10によれば、振動が入力されると、一対の本体ゴム13が弾性変形する。そして、第1液室26および第2液室27の各液圧が変動することで、液体が、第1液室26と第2液室27との間を、制限通路33を通して往来し、振動が減衰、吸収される。この際、弾性部29が、剛体部30に接着されておらず、剛体部30に対して非接着状態で径方向に圧縮変形させられて当接している。したがって、弾性部29が変形するだけでなく、弾性部29および剛体部30を相対的に変位させることも可能になる。その結果、第1液室26および第2液室27それぞれに生じる液圧変動が緩和されることとなり、振動の入力時におけるばね定数の上昇を抑えることができる。
 大きな振幅の振動が入力された場合には、弾性部29と剛体部30とを離間させ、この隙間を通して第1液室26と第2液室27とを直接連通させることも可能になり、前述のばね定数の上昇をより一層確実に抑えることができる。なお、大きな振幅の振動が入力された場合にも、弾性部29と剛体部30とを離間させないようにしてもよい。
 剛体部30に突出部31が形成されているので、弾性部29の径方向の大きさを抑えつつ、弾性部29の径方向の圧縮変形量を確保することが可能になる。したがって、弾性部29の前記軸方向の曲げ剛性が高められ、防振性能を安定して発揮させることができる。
 突出部31の内周面32に対する弾性部29の接触面積が、突出部31の内周面32の面積より小さくなっているので、突出部31の前記軸方向の剛性が確保される。さらに、液室25内の液圧が上昇して弾性部29が変形若しくは変位したときに、弾性部29が剛体部30から外れてしまうのを防ぐことができる。
 制限通路33の形成された剛体部30が、弾性部29より径方向の外側に配置されているので、制限通路33の流路長を容易に確保することが可能になり、チューニングの容易な防振装置10を得ることができる。
 弾性部29が本体ゴム13と一体に形成されているので、この防振装置10を容易に形成することができる。
 なお、本発明の技術的範囲は前記実施形態に限定されるものではなく、本発明の趣旨を逸脱しない範囲において種々の変更を加えることが可能である。
 例えば前記実施形態では、第1液室26および第2液室27として、全周にわたって連続して延びる環状に形成され、1つずつ設けられた構成を示した。しかしながら、第1液室26および第2液室27を周方向に沿って複数に分割し、仕切り部に、複数に分割された第1液室および第2液室を各別に連通する複数の制限通路を形成してもよい。
 前記実施形態に代えて例えば、弾性部が外側取付け部材の内周面に加硫接着され、この弾性部内に剛体部が嵌合された構成を採用してもよい。
 剛体部30に突出部31を形成しなくてもよい。
 前記実施形態に代えて例えば、突出部31の内周面32に対する弾性部29の接触面積を、突出部31の内周面32の面積以上としてもよい。
 弾性部29として、本体ゴム13に対して分離された構成を採用してもよい。
 突出部31の内周面32に突条部32aを形成しなくてもよい。
 防振装置10は、車両のキャビンマウントに限定されるものではない。例えば、車両用のエンジンマウントおよびブッシュ、建設機械に搭載された発電機のマウント、並びに、工場等に設置される機械のマウント等に本発明を適用してもよい。
 その他、本発明の趣旨に逸脱しない範囲で、前記実施形態における構成要素を周知の構成要素に置き換えることは適宜可能であり、また、前記した変形例を適宜組み合わせてもよい。
 本発明に係る防振装置によれば、振動の入力時におけるばね定数の上昇を抑えることができる。

Claims (5)

  1.  振動発生部および振動受部のうちのいずれか一方に連結される筒状の外側取付け部材、および他方に連結されるとともに前記外側取付け部材の内側に配置された内側取付け部材と、
     前記外側取付け部材と前記内側取付け部材とを連結するとともに、前記外側取付け部材の中心軸線に沿う軸方向に間隔をあけて配置された一対の本体ゴムと、
     前記外側取付け部材と前記内側取付け部材とを連結するとともに、前記一対の本体ゴム間の液室を、前記軸方向に第1液室と第2液室とに仕切る仕切り部と、を備え、
     前記仕切り部は、前記第1液室と前記第2液室とを連通する制限通路が形成された環状の剛体部と、前記剛体部に対して、前記軸方向から見た平面視において前記中心軸線に直交する径方向に連なる環状の弾性部と、を備え、
     前記弾性部は、前記剛体部に対して非接着状態で前記径方向に圧縮変形させられて当接している防振装置。
  2.  前記剛体部には、前記径方向に沿う前記弾性部側に向けて突出して、前記弾性部が当接する突出部が形成されている請求項1記載の防振装置。
  3.  前記弾性部は、前記突出部の表面のうち、前記径方向に沿う前記弾性部側を向く頂面に当接し、
     前記頂面に対する前記弾性部の接触面積は、前記頂面の面積より小さくなっている請求項2に記載の防振装置。
  4.  前記弾性部は、前記剛体部の内側に嵌合されている請求項1~3のいずれか1項に記載の防振装置。
  5.  前記弾性部は、前記本体ゴムと一体に形成されている請求項1~4のいずれか1項に記載の防振装置。
