Description
以下、本実施形態に係る防蟻構造および床下構造について図面を参照しながら説明する。なお以下ではベタ基礎を例に挙げて説明するが、布基礎を採用する場合でも本実施形態に係る防蟻構造を同様に適用することができる。
図5(a)は第2実施形態に係る防蟻構造4aの構成を示す分解図であり、図5(b)は(a)の防蟻構造4aの縦断面図である。上記第1実施形態と同じ符号を付した構成部については第1実施形態と同じであるので説明を省略する。後述の第3実施形態も同様である。
図6(a)は第3実施形態に係る防蟻構造4bの構成を示す斜視図であり、図6(b)は(a)の防蟻構造4bの縦断面図である。図7は図6(a)の防蟻構造4bの分解図である。

Claims (7)
- 基礎コンクリートと、当該基礎コンクリートの立設壁面を貫通する水抜き配管とを有し、
前記配管には、当該配管の開口部を閉じる閉口部材と、前記開口部と前記閉口部材との間に介挿されて当該開口部と当該閉口部材との隙間を塞ぐ防蟻剤を含有した弾性部材と、
が設けられたことを特徴とする床下構造。 - 前記弾性部材は、閉環形状を有するものである請求項1に記載の床下構造。
- 前記弾性部材は、前記防蟻剤としてのホウ酸またはホウ酸誘導体が配合されたものである請求項1または2に記載の床下構造。
- 前記閉口部材は、前記配管の横断面全体を覆う蓋体と、前記蓋体と一体的に形成されかつ前記配管の内周面に当接する挿入部とにより構成されており、
前記弾性部材が前記挿入部の外周面および前記蓋体のつば部の少なくともいずれかに当接する請求項1から3のいずれかに記載の床下構造。 - 前記配管の開口部の内周部に溝が形成されており、当該溝に前記弾性部材が保持されている請求項1から4のいずれかに記載の床下構造。
- 前記配管の外周の少なくとも一部が平坦である請求項1から5のいずれかに記載の床下構造。
- 前記配管の外周面を当該配管と同心上で摺動し得る内周面を有し、かつ外周面の一部が平坦面となっている筒状の支持部材を有する請求項1から5のいずれかに記載の床下構造。
