Claims (8)
- 充電モードである場合高圧バッテリを充電し、運転モードである場合前記高圧バッテリの電力をスイッチングして三相電動機を駆動するように構成されたインバータ−充電器統合装置であって、
入力される交流電源を整流して、前記高圧バッテリを充電するための電力を提供する整流器と、
充電モードである場合、前記整流器によって整流された交流電力を前記三相電動機から入力を受けて直流電力に整流し、運転モードである場合、前記高圧バッテリに充電された直流電力を3相交流電力に変換して前記三相電動機を駆動するインバータと、及び
前記整流器のスイッチング部を駆動するための電源を供給するための第1電源部と、前記インバータのスイッチング部を駆動するための電源を供給するための第2電源部と、を含む電源部と、
前記整流器のスイッチング部に駆動電源の供給のために前記第1電源部または前記第2電源部を選択するための第1スイッチング部と、
前記インバータのスイッチング部に駆動電源の供給のために前記第1電源部または前記第2電源部を選択するための第2スイッチング部と、
で構成されることを特徴とする、インバータ−充電器統合装置。 - 制御器を含む負荷に低圧直流電源を供給するための低圧整流器と、
前記整流器、前記インバータ及び前記低圧整流器を制御するための制御器と、をさらに含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のインバータ−充電器統合装置。 - 前記第1電源部及び前記第2電源部は、互いに独立して電源を供給するように構成されることを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載のインバータ−充電器統合装置。
- 前記第1スイッチング部は、前記第1電源部に組み込まれ、前記第2スイッチング部は、前記第2電源部に組み込まれることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のインバータ−充電器統合装置。
- 前記第1スイッチング部及び前記第2スイッチング部は、前記第1電源部または前記第2電源部の動作状態に応じて前記第1電源部または前記第2電源部を選択するように構成されることを特徴とする、請求項1または4に記載のインバータ−充電器統合装置。
- 前記第1スイッチング部及び前記第2スイッチング部は、
前記第1電源部が故障状態であると、前記第2電源部を選択して、前記第2電源部から前記整流器のスイッチング部及び前記インバータのスイッチング部に電源を供給し、
前記第2電源部が故障状態であると、前記第1電源部を選択して、前記第1電源部から前記整流器のスイッチング部及び前記インバータのスイッチング部に電源を供給するように構成されることを特徴とする、請求項1、4または5のいずれか一項に記載のインバータ−充電器統合装置。 - 充電モードである場合高圧バッテリを充電し、運転モードである場合前記高圧バッテリの電力をスイッチングして三相電動機を駆動させるインバータ−充電器の制御方法であって、
充電モードである場合、高圧バッテリを充電するための電力を提供するために入力される交流電源を整流する整流器のスイッチを選択するステップと、
入力される交流電力を整流するための整流器のスイッチに第1電源部から供給される駆動電源を供給するステップと、
前記整流器によって整流された交流電力を前記三相電動機に供給するステップと、
第2電源部から駆動電源の供給を受けるスイッチを備えるインバータが前記三相電動機から整流された交流電力の入力を受けて直流電力に整流し、前記高圧バッテリを充電するステップと、で構成され、
前記第1電源部が故障状態である場合、前記整流器のスイッチ及び前記インバータのスイッチに第2電源部の電源を供給し、前記第2電源部が故障状態である場合、前記インバータのスイッチ及び前記整流器のスイッチに前記第1電源部の電源を供給することを特徴とする、インバータ−充電器の制御方法。 - 充電モードである場合高圧バッテリを充電し、運転モードである場合前記高圧バッテリの電力をスイッチングして三相電動機を駆動させるインバータ−充電器の制御方法であって、
運転モードである場合、前記三相電動機に整流された交流電力を供給する整流器に備えられ、第1電源部から駆動電圧の供給を受けるスイッチを制御して前記整流器と前記三相電動機との連結を解除するステップと、
前記充電された高圧バッテリから前記三相電動機を駆動させる電源を供給するインバータに備えられ、第2電源部から駆動電圧の供給を受けるスイッチを選択するステップと、
前記インバータのスイッチに前記高圧バッテリに充電された直流電力を供給するステップと、
前記直流電源を三相交流電力に変換して前記三相電動機を駆動するステップと、で構成され、
前記第1電源部が故障状態である場合、前記整流器のスイッチ及び前記インバータのスイッチに前記第2電源部の電源を供給し、前記第2電源部が故障状態である場合、前記インバータのスイッチ及び前記整流器のスイッチに前記第1電源部の電源を供給することを特徴とする、インバータ−充電器の制御方法。
