Claims (9)
- 位相置換変圧器及び複数の電力セル20を含み、前記電力セル20は、前記位相置換変圧器から入力される電源を整流する整流部21と、前記整流部21から受信する電圧を平滑する直流リンクキャパシタ22を含む高圧インバータの初期充電システムにおいて、
前記高圧インバータと入力電源とを接続状態または遮断状態に切り替える第1のスイッチ50;
前記高圧インバータの出力と電動機とを接続状態または遮断状態に切り替える第2のスイッチ60;
前記第1のスイッチと前記高圧インバータとの間に配置して、前記位相置換変圧器に印加される初期励磁電流を制限する第1の初期充電部30;及び、
前記電力セルの入力端と前記直流リンクキャパシタに連結されて、前記直流リンクキャパシタの初期充電電流を制限する第2の初期充電部40を含み、
前記第2の初期充電部40は、
第5のスイッチ;
前記第5のスイッチに直列に連結される第2抵抗;及び、
前記第2抵抗に直列に連結される第2のダイオードを含む、初期充電システム。 - 前記第1の初期充電部30は、
入力電源を前記高圧インバータに直接連結する第1経路を形成して、前記入力電源を切り替える第3のスイッチ31;
前記第3のスイッチと並列に連結される第2経路を形成するリアクター;及び、
前記第2経路で前記リアクターと直列に連結される第4のスイッチ32を含む、請求項1に記載の初期充電システム。 - 請求項2の初期充電システムを制御する方法において、
前記第1のスイッチ50にオン信号を転送する段階;
前記第1のスイッチ50のオン状態で、前記第4のスイッチ32にオン信号を転送する段階;
前記直流リンクキャパシタの直流リンク電圧が所定の設定値に至り、前記整流部21の上部レッグがオン状態になると、所定の遅延時間後、前記第4のスイッチ32にオフ信号を転送する段階;
前記第4のスイッチ32にオフ信号を転送する所定時間前に、前記第3のスイッチ31にオン信号を転送する段階;及び、
前記第3のスイッチ31のオン状態及び第4のスイッチ32のオフ状態で、前記第2のスイッチ60にオン信号を転送する段階を含む制御方法。 - 前記第2のスイッチ60にオフ信号を転送する段階;
前記第2のスイッチ60のオフ状態で、前記直流リンクキャパシタ22の直流リンク電圧が前記設定値に至り、前記整流部21の上部レッグがオフ状態になると、前記第3のスイッチ31にオフ信号を転送する段階;及び、
前記第3のスイッチ31のオフ状態で、前記第1のスイッチ50にオフ信号を転送する段階をさらに含む、請求項3に記載の制御方法。 - 請求項2の初期充電システムを制御する方法において、
前記第1のスイッチ50にオン信号を転送する段階;
前記第1のスイッチ50のオン状態で、前記第4のスイッチ32にオン信号を転送して、前記第5のスイッチにオン信号を転送する段階;
前記直流リンクキャパシタ22の直流リンク電圧が所定の設定値に至った場合、前記第5のスイッチにオフ信号を転送する段階;
前記第5のスイッチのオン状態で、所定の遅延時間後、前記第4のスイッチ32にオフ信号を転送する段階;
前記第4のスイッチ32にオフ信号を転送する所定時間前に、前記第3のスイッチ31にオン信号を転送する段階;及び、
前記第3のスイッチ31のオン状態及び第4のスイッチ32のオフ状態で、前記第2のスイッチ60にオン信号を転送する段階を含む制御方法。 - 前記第2のスイッチ60にオフ信号を転送する段階;
前記第2のスイッチ60のオフ状態で、前記直流リンクキャパシタ22の直流リンク電圧が前記設定値に至った場合、前記第3のスイッチ31にオフ信号を転送する段階;及び、
前記第3のスイッチ31のオフ状態で、前記第1のスイッチ50にオフ信号を転送する段階をさらに含む、請求項5に記載の制御方法。 - 請求項1の初期充電システムにおいて、
前記第1のスイッチ50と並列に配置して、前記位相置換変圧器に印加される初期励磁電流を制限する初期充電部70を含む初期充電システム。 - 前記初期充電部70は、
前記入力電源より低圧の補助電源と前記高圧インバータを直接連結する第1経路を形成して、前記補助電源を切り替える第3のスイッチ31;
前記第3のスイッチ31と並列に連結される第2経路を形成する初期充電抵抗;
前記第2経路で前記初期充電抵抗と直列に連結される第4のスイッチ32;
前記第3のスイッチ31と並列に連結される第3経路を形成する初期充電キャパシタ72;及び、
前記第3経路で前記初期充電キャパシタと直列に連結される第5のスイッチを含む、請求項7に記載の初期充電システム。 - 請求項8の初期充電システムを制御する方法において、
前記第5のスイッチにオン信号を転送する段階;
前記位相置換変圧器の1次側電源が所定の割合に至ると、前記第4のスイッチ32にオン信号を転送する段階;
前記第5のスイッチにオフ信号を転送して、前記第3のスイッチ31にオン信号を転送する段階;
前記直流リンクキャパシタの直流リンク電圧が所定のレベルに至ると、前記第4のスイッチ32にオフ信号を転送する段階;
前記入力電源と前記補助電源の位相差がない場合、前記第1のスイッチ50にオン信号を転送する段階;
前記入力電源と前記補助電源の同期が完了する場合、前記第3のスイッチ31にオフ信号を転送する段階を含む制御方法。
