Claims (15)
- パターンを持つ凹状本体を提供する工程と、
前記パターンを検出する工程と、
前記凹状本体に工具でピクトグラムをレリーフをなして形成する工程と、
前記ピクトグラムを前記パターンに関して所望の位置に形成するように、前記工具と前記凹状本体との間の対応する位置を、前記検出に基づいて制御する工程であって、前記凹状本体を通る回転軸線を中心として前記凹状本体を回転し、前記パターンの角度配向を変化させる工程を含む、制御工程と、を含み、
前記工具は、圧縮パンチ(16;47;42;56;74)であり、前記回転軸心は、前記圧縮パンチの軸線と一致する、方法。 - 請求項1に記載の方法において、
前記凹状本体は、容器用キャップを形成するための金属シェルを含む、方法。 - 請求項1又は2に記載の方法において、
パターンを各々有する複数の前記凹状本体を搬送カルーセル(5;23;24;25)に次々に供給する工程を含み、前記検出工程、前記形成工程、又は前記制御工程のうちの一つ又はそれ以上が、前記搬送カルーセルで、又は前記搬送カルーセルの下流に配置された一つ又はそれ以上の別の搬送カルーセルで行われる、方法。 - 請求項1乃至3のうちのいずれか一項に記載の方法において、
前記検出工程は、前記凹状本体を光学式センサ(8;22;38;54)に向き合うように移動する工程を含む、方法。 - 請求項1乃至4のうちのいずれか一項に記載の方法において、
前記凹状本体は、ディスク状中央部分、及び前記中央部分に関して横方向にあり、前記中央部分の周囲ゾーンから延びる環状横部分を有し、前記回転軸線は、前記パターンを、前記圧縮パンチに関して予め設定された角度配向に従って位置決めするように、前記中央部分に対して実質的に垂直である、方法。 - 請求項1乃至5のうちのいずれか一項に記載の方法において、
前記凹状本体を提供する工程は、材料を圧縮成形し、前記凹状本体を形成する工程を含み、更に、前記凹状本体を前記圧縮成形が行われる第1ゾーンから、前記ピクトグラムをレリーフをなして形成する工程が行われる第2ゾーンまで移送する工程を含み、前記圧縮成形工程は、シート又は積層材料を絞り加工する工程及びこれを切断する工程を含み、前記パターンは、前記圧縮成形工程の前に前記シート又は積層材料に付与される、方法。 - 請求項1乃至6のうちのいずれか一項に記載の方法において、
前記凹状本体を提供する工程は、各々がパターンを持つ複数の凹状本体を経路に沿ってきちんと並べて順番に供給する工程を含む、方法。 - パターンを持つ少なくとも一つの凹状本体を提供するための手段(1、2、4)と、
前記パターンを検出するための手段(8;22;38;54)と、
前記凹状本体にピクトグラムをレリーフをなして形成するための、少なくとも一つの工具を含む手段と、
前記ピクトグラムが前記パターンに関して予め設定された位置に形成されるように、前記圧縮パンチ(16;47;42;56;74)と前記凹状本体との間の相対的位置を、前記検出に基づいて制御するための手段(10;62)とを含み、前記制御するための手段は、前記パターンの角度配向を変化させるため、前記本体を通る回転軸線を中心として前記凹状本体を回転するための手段(10;62)を含み、
前記工具は、圧縮パンチ(16;47;42;56;74)であり、前記回転軸線は、前記圧縮パンチの軸線と一致する、装置。 - 請求項8に記載の装置において、
前記検出するための手段は、少なくとも一つの光学式センサ(8;22;38;54)を含み、前記装置は、前記凹状本体の前進経路を含み、前記光学式センサ(8;22;38;54)は前記経路に沿って作動的に配置されている、装置。 - 請求項8又は9に記載の装置において、
前記制御するための手段は、前記凹状本体を回転自在に支持するために形成された回転自在の支持エレメント(10)を含む、装置。 - 請求項10に記載の装置において、
前記支持エレメント(10)は、前記凹状本体の環状部分と接触して相互作用するため、環状形状を有する、装置。 - 請求項8乃至11のうちのいずれか一項に記載の装置において、
少なくとも一つの搬送カルーセル(5;23;24;25)を含み、前記検出するための手段及び/又は前記形成するための手段及び/又は前記制御するための手段は、前記搬送カルーセル、又は前記搬送カルーセルの下流に連結された一つ又はそれ以上の別の支持カルーセルと関連している、装置。 - 請求項12に記載の装置において、
前記形成するための手段及び/又は前記制御するための手段は、前記搬送カルーセルによって回転される、装置。 - 請求項8乃至13のうちのいずれか一項に記載の装置において、
前記制御するための手段は、前記圧縮パンチと前記凹状本体との間の相対的位置を変化させるための手段を含み、前記制御するための手段は、前記パターンを検出するための手段から少なくとも一つの信号を受け取り、前記信号を、記憶されている基準信号と比較し、この比較に基づいて前記位置を変化させるための手段を制御するように構成された制御ユニットを含む、装置。 - 請求項8に記載の装置において、
カルーセル回転軸線を中心として回転できる少なくとも一つの搬送カルーセル(5;23;24;25)を持つ搬送デバイスと、順番に配置された複数の凹状本体を前記搬送デバイスに供給するように形成された供給デバイス(1、2、4)と、前記搬送カルーセルによって回転される、互いから角度をなして間隔が隔てられた複数の作動ユニットであって、これらの作動ユニットの各々は、前記供給デバイスから前記凹状本体のうちの少なくとも一つを受け取るように形成されており、一つ又はそれ以上の前記作動ユニットは、少なくとも一つのエンボス加工デバイスを含み、このエンボス加工デバイスは、互いに協働する少なくとも一つのパンチ(16;47;42;56;74)及びカウンタパンチ(19;53;44)を含み、これらのうちの少なくとも一つに盛り上がった/凹所をなしたピクトグラムが設けられ、前記パンチ及び前記カウンタパンチは、前記凹状本体に前記盛り上がった/凹所をなしたピクトグラムを付けるため、前記回転中、互いに近づくように移動するように形成されており、一つ又はそれ以上の前記作動ユニットは、凹状本体を支持するように形成された少なくとも一つの支持エレメント(10)を含み、前記支持エレメントは、この支持エレメントによって支持された前記凹状本体の角度配向を変化させるため、前記回転軸線を中心として回転できるように成されており、前記検出手段は、前記搬送デバイスによって搬送された前記凹状本体の前進経路に沿って配置された、前記凹状本体の配向を示すパラメータと関連した信号を発するように形成されたセンサ(8;54;22;38)を含み、前記制御するための手段は、前記支持エレメントによって支持された前記凹状本体の前記配向を前記信号に基づいて変化させるため、前記支持エレメントを制御するように形成された制御装置を含む、装置。
