Claims (13)
- 少なくとも1個の導体に機械的及び電気的に接続されるよう構成された端子部(2)と、
相手コネクタの相手接触部と接触するよう構成された接触部(4)と、
前記端子部を前記接触部に電気接続すると共に静止位置から変位位置まで前記接触部を弾性変位可能に支持するばね部(3)と、
吸着ヘッド取付け用の吸着台(6)を具備する保持部(5)と
を具備し、
前記保持部は、前記静止位置では前記ばね部が当接する停止部(5a)を与え、
前記ばね部は、前記変位位置では前記吸着台から離間している、電気コネクタ用の導電性コンタクト部材(1)において、
前記ばね部は、ばね曲げ部(3a)と、該ばね曲げ部及び前記接触部間に配置されたばね脚(3b)とを具備し、
前記ばね脚及び前記接触部の一方又は両方の中心平面(M2)は、前記端子部及び前記ばね曲げ部の一方又は両方の中心平面(M1)から変位していることを特徴とするコンタクト部材。 - 前記ばね脚は、前記保持部の前記停止部と平行に延びると共に該停止部に当接する平行部(3e)を具備することを特徴とする請求項1記載のコンタクト部材。
- 前記ばね脚は、前記変位方向に対して傾斜する傾斜部(3f)を具備することを特徴とする請求項1又は2記載のコンタクト部材。
- 前記ばね脚は、該ばね脚から突出すると共に前記変位方向に直交する方向に前記保持部と重なる少なくとも1個の制限部(7)を具備することを特徴とする請求項1ないし3のうちいずれか1項記載のコンタクト部材。
- 前記制限部は前記保持部から離間していることを特徴とする請求項4記載のコンタクト部材。
- 前記保持部は、ほぼ前記変位方向に延びると共に前記端子部を前記停止部に物理的に接続する支持部(5b)を具備することを特徴とする請求項1ないし5のうちいずれか1項記載のコンタクト部材。
- 前記ばね脚及び前記保持部間の前記変位方向に沿った距離は、前記接触部に向かうに従って減少することを特徴とする請求項1ないし6のうちいずれか1項記載のコンタクト部材。
- 前記ばね脚は、前記支持部に対向して配置された凹部(3j)を具備することを特徴とする請求項1ないし7のうちいずれか1項記載のコンタクト部材。
- 前記停止部は、前記変位方向にほぼ直交して延びる停止面(5c)を具備することを特徴とする請求項1ないし8のうちいずれか1項記載のコンタクト部材。
- 前記吸着台は、前記変位方向に向う平坦な吸着面(6a)を有することを特徴とする請求項9記載のコンタクト部材。
- 前記吸着台は、前記接触部から離れる方向を向く方向に沿って前記停止面から延びることを特徴とする請求項9又は10記載のコンタクト部材。
- 前記ばね部は、前記端子部及び前記保持部間に少なくとも部分的に配置されることを特徴とする請求項1ないし11のうちいずれか1項記載のコンタクト部材。
- 1枚の金属板から一体的に形成されることを特徴とする請求項1ないし12のうちいずれか1項記載のコンタクト部材。
