Abstract

一种开关弹片,其应用于具触压式按键的电子产品装置中。所述电子产品装置包括一电路板,该电路板上设有若干电性接点,所述弹片装设于所述电路板上的电性接点一侧。所述弹片包括一焊接段、一按压段及一受压段,所述焊接段固设于所述电路板上,所述按压段由所述焊接段上延伸而成,所述受压段由所述焊接段侧缘向外延伸弯折而成。所述按压段受压时推顶所述受压段移动,所述按压段受压时的移动路径与所述受压段的移动路径成一定角度。

开关弹片
技术领域
本发明涉及一种弹片结构,尤其涉及一种固设于各电子产品的电路板上作为触发电路开关或接地用的弹片结构。
背景技术
一般在电子产品中,触压式的开关通常在人机沟通的介面上被大量地采用,例如移动电话或固定电话中用以输入号码用的按压键盘、电脑设备用以输入文字数字的键盘、甚至各种具有微电脑控制装置的家用产品的控制面板等等,皆可以见到触压式开关的应用。
请参阅图1,为移动电话键盘的一单一按键结构10的剖视示意图。所述按键结构10安装在一电路板20上,所述电路板20上设有若干电性接点21(在本图中仅显示有一个电性接点21)。所述按键结构10包括一弹片11、一盖合在弹片11上的矽胶盖板12及一装设于所述矽胶盖板12上的按键13。请一并参阅图2,所述弹片11大致呈条形板状,其包括一按压部110、二固设部111、112及一导接部115。所述按压部110为一被弯折成大致呈圆弧状的弹性板体,其两端沿水平方向延伸形成所述二固设部111、112,用于将所述弹片11固设于所述电路板20上。所述导接部115为一导电凸块,其凸设于所述按压部110的圆弧内壁大致中部位置处。使用时,使用者将按键13下压、进而压迫矽胶盖板12及弹片11向下移动,从而使得所述弹片11的导接部115与对应的布设于电路板20上的电性接点21相抵触,从而导通产生一电子信号。当使用者释放所述按键13时,通过弹片11的弹性回复力,使得所述按压部110及导接部115与电路板20上的电性接点21分离而回复至其初始位置。
所述单片式弹片11被按压时只能沿按压方向的路径来回移动。
另外,所述弹片11在使用一段时间后或在使用者按压用力过大时,弹片11的按压部110容易产生过度疲劳,从而使得所述弹片11的按压部110及导接部115被按压后无法回复或迅速回复至其初始位置处,从而影响按键13的按压效果及移动电话的整体性能。
发明内容
有鉴于此,有必要提供一种弹片,使得该弹片被按压时可实现所述弹片受按压时的移动路径与弹片滑移时的移动路径成一角度。
还有必要提供一种弹片,使得该弹片可有效地防止弹片在使用一段时间后或使用者按压用力过大时,弹片被按压后无法回复或无法迅速回复至其初始位置处的缺陷,改善按键按压效果及电子装置的整体性能。
一种开关弹片,其应用于具触压式按键的电子产品装置中,所述电子产品装置包括一电路板,所述弹片包括一焊接段及一按压段,所述焊接段固设于所述电路板上,所述按压段由所述焊接段弯折延伸而成;所述弹片还包括一受压段,所述受压段由所述焊接段侧缘向外延伸弯折而成,所述按压段受压时推顶所述受压段移动,所述按压段受压时的移动路径与所述受压段的移动路径成一定角度。
与现有技术相比,所述弹片通过其焊接段侧缘向外延伸弯折而成的一受压段,使得该弹片被按压时,其按压段受压时的移动路径与所述受压段的移动路径成一定角度。
所述弹片还包括一止挡段,所述止挡段由所述焊接段端缘弯折延伸而成,且所述止挡段位于所述按压段受压时的移动路径上以抵持所述按压段。
与现有技术相比,所述弹片通过其上设置的止挡段,有效地避免了使用过程中因按压用力过大而使弹片的按压部产生过度疲劳或断裂的缺陷。使得所述弹片的按压部被按压后可以迅速回复至其初始位置处,从而改善了按压的效果及整个电子装置的整体性能。

具体实施方式
本发明所述弹片可应用于各种不同类型的具有触压式按键的电子产品装置中,例如移动电话、游戏机、个人数字助理(personaldigital assistant,PDA)等。
请参阅图3,为本发明第一较佳实施例所述弹片30装设于一电子产品装置的电路板40上的局部立体示意图。所述弹片30由导电材料制成并通过冲压一体成型而成,例如所述弹片可为一金属件,其通过表面组装技术(surface mounted technology,SMT)固设于所述电路板40上。
请一并参阅图4及图5,所述弹片30包括一焊接段31、一按压段32、一止挡段35、一受压段37及一触压端38。
所述焊接段31为一大致矩形的平板,其通过表面组装技术固设于所述电路板40上。所述焊接段31包括二相对的第一端部311、第二端部312及一安装孔315。所述安装孔315大致呈矩形状,其贯通开设于所述焊接段31的中部。
所述按压段32大致呈弯折片状,其包括一弹性段322及一按压部324。所述弹性段322由所述焊接段31的第一端部311处朝向所述第二端部312方向延伸弯折一定角度而成。所述弹性段322的中部壁部的宽度较该弹性段322两端窄,用以增强该弹性段322的弯折弹性。
所述按压部324由所述弹性段322的末端沿平行于所述焊接段31朝第二端部312的方向延伸而成。所述按压部324包括一抵压端325。该抵压端325大致呈梯形状,其由所述按压部324上平行于所述焊接段31的一侧边中间位置处向外延伸而成。所述抵压端325的末端宽度小于其起始端的宽度,该抵压端325的末端朝向所述焊接段31的方向弯折形成一抵压部327。
所述止挡段35由所述焊接段31的第二端部312朝向所述第一端部311方向延伸弯折一定角度而成一倒“V”形。所述止挡段35包括一固接端352,该固接端352由所述止挡段35的末端的中间位置处向外延伸而成。该固接端352朝向所述焊接段31的安装孔315弯折,其末端沿平行于所述焊接段31方向水平弯折并容置所述安装孔315内。
所述受压段37大致呈一倒“V”形状,其由所述焊接段31的一侧朝远离所述焊接段31方向向外延伸并沿一定角度朝向所述按压部324的抵压部327方向弯折,直至所述受压段37与抵压部327相互抵触并反向朝远离所述按压部327方向对称地弯折形成所述倒“V”形状。所述受压段37的中部位置处贯通开设有一条形通槽372。所述受压段37上靠近条形通槽372两端的板体两侧均对称的被切去二矩形块,使得所述受压段37中部宽度较两端窄以增强所述受压段37的弯折弹性。
所述触压端38由所述受压段37的末端弯折形成。
请参阅图3所示,所述电路板40上设有若干电性接点42(图中以其中的一个电性接点42为代表)。安装所述弹片30时,该弹片30的受压段37及触压端38朝向所述电路板40上的电性接点42放置,所述触压端38靠近所述电性接点42。将所述弹片30的焊接段31通过表面组装技术固设于所述电路板40上的电性接点42的一侧,所述弹片30的止挡段35的固接端352通过所述焊接段31的安装孔315固设于所述电路板40上。
当按压所述弹片30的按压段32的按压部324时,所述按压部324沿着按压方向向下移动并抵触推压所述受压段37,同时,所述按压部324积聚一弹性势能。所述受压段37受到推压后将沿垂直于所述按压方向(即远离所述按压部324方向)移动,带动所述触压端38向所述电路板40上的电性接点42滑移并相互接触产生一电性连接。所述按压部324被向下按压到一定程度时,该按压部324与所述弹片30的止挡段35相互抵触,从而使得所述按压部324无法被继续向下按压,从而保护了该弹片的按压部324被按压变形而产生断裂。当释放所述弹片30的按压部324时,所述按压部324将释放其积聚的弹性势能并带动所述受压段37及触压端38回复至其初始位置。
所述弹片30通过其上设置的止挡段35,有效地避免了使用者在使用过程中因按压用力过大时,使所述弹片30的按压部324产生过度疲劳或断裂的缺陷。使得所述弹片30的按压部324被按压后可以迅速回复至其初始位置处,从而改善了按压的效果及整个电子装置的整体性能。所述弹片30被按压时,其被按压方向与所述弹片的触压端38滑移方向互相垂直。
可以理解,所述受压段37亦可由所述焊接段31的第二端部312弯折延伸形成,而所述止挡段35由焊接段31的侧部延伸形成。另外,所述止挡段亦可以省略。
可以理解,所述止挡段35亦可位于所述按压段32受压时的移动路径上以抵持所述按压段32。
请参阅图6,为本发明第二实施例所述弹片50的立体示意图。所述弹片50也包括一焊接段51、一按压段52、一止挡段55、一受压段57及一触压端58。所述按压段52大致呈弯折片状,其包括一弹性段522及一按压部524。
所述弹片50与第一实施例中所述弹片30的区别之处在于:所述弹片50的按压段52的按压部524弯折的角度不一样,其由所述弹性段522的末端延伸并朝向所述焊接段51方向弯折而成。所述按压部524与所述焊接段51水平方向成一定角度设置,其相互间的距离大于第一实施例中按压部324与焊接段31之间的距离。所述按压部524包括一抵压端525。该抵压端525大致呈矩形状,其由所述按压部524的一侧中间位置处向外延伸而成。所述抵压端525的末端朝向所述焊接段51的方向弯折形成一抵压部527。

Claims (11)

1.一种开关弹片,其应用于具触压式按键的电子产品装置中,所述电子产品装置包括一电路板,所述弹片包括一焊接段及一按压段,所述焊接段固设于所述电路板上,所述按压段由所述焊接段弯折延伸而成;其特征在于:所述弹片还包括一受压段,所述受压段由所述焊接段侧缘向外延伸弯折而成,所述按压段受压时推顶所述受压段移动,所述按压段受压时的移动路径与所述受压段的移动路径成一定角度。
2.如权利要求1所述的开关弹片,其特征在于:所述弹片还包括一止挡段,所述止挡段由所述焊接段端缘弯折延伸而成,且所述止挡段位于所述按压段受压时的移动路径上以抵持所述按压段。
3.如权利要求2所述的开关弹片,其特征在于:所述焊接段包括一第一端部及与所述第一端部相对设置的第二端部;所述按压段由所述第一端部向外延伸并朝向第二端部方向弯折一定角度而成。
4.如权利要求3所述的开关弹片,其特征在于:所述焊接段还包括一安装孔,其贯通开设于焊接段的中部位置处;所述止挡段包括一固接端,该固接端的末端朝向所述焊接段弯折后沿平行于所述焊接段方向弯折并容置于所述安装孔内。
5.如权利要求3所述的开关弹片,其特征在于:所述按压段包括一弹性段及一按压部,所述弹性段由所述焊接段的第一端部朝向第二端部方向延伸弯折而成;所述按压部由所述弹性段的末端沿平行于焊接段朝第二端部方向延伸而成。
6.如权利要求5所述的开关弹片,其特征在于:所述按压部包括一抵压端,其由所述按压部上平行于所述焊接段的一侧边向外延伸而成,该抵压端的末端朝向焊接段方向弯折形成一与所述受压段相互抵持的抵压部。
7.如权利要求1所述的开关弹片,其特征在于:所述受压段呈一倒“V”形状,其由所述焊接段一侧朝远离所述焊接段方向向外延伸弯折而成,该受压段的中部位置处贯通开设有一条形通槽。
8.如权利要求7所述的开关弹片,其特征在于:所述弹片还包括一触压端,该触压端由所述受压段的末端弯折而成。
9.如权利要求7所述的开关弹片,其特征在于:所述受压段上靠近条形通槽两端的板体两侧均对称的被切去二矩形块。
10.如权利要求1所述的开关弹片,其特征在于:所述弹片由其焊接段通过表面组装技术固设于所述电路板上。
11.如权利要求1所述的开关弹片,其特征在于:所述弹片为一单片式弹片。
