Claims (3)
- ピストン・シリンダユニット(1)であって、
中心長手方向軸(A)と、
第1の端部(3)と、
流体で満たされたシリンダ(2)と、
前記シリンダ(2)の中に摺動自在に配置されると共に、前記シリンダ(2)を前記第1の端部(3)から遠い第1の動作室(11)と、前記第1の端部(3)に近い第2の動作室(12)と、に分けるピストン(13)と、
前記ピストン(13)に配置されると共に、前記第1の動作室(11)を突き抜け、前記中心長手方向軸(A)に対して同心で、前記第1の端部(3)と向き合った第2の端部(6)においてガイド/シール装置(7)により封止された形で前記シリンダ(2)から外へ通じているピストンロッド(8)と、
前記ピストン・シリンダユニット(1)の内圧を直接的又は間接的に検出するセンサ装置(14)と、を備え、
前記センサ装置(14)が前記ピストン・シリンダユニット(1)の中に配置されており、
前記センサ装置(14)が前記ピストン(13)の上に配置されており、少なくとも1つの線路(15)がボア穴(20)を介して前記ピストンロッド(8)の中に外向きに通されており、
フリーピストン(21)がシールリング(22)により、前記ピストン(13)に近い第1の部分室(12a)と、前記ピストン(13)から遠い第2の部分室(12b)と、に前記第2の動作室(12)を分割し、
前記第2の部分室(12b)内に収納されたばねエレメント(23)が、前記フリーピストン(21)と前記密閉された第1の端部(3)との間に配置されており、前記フリーピストン(21)のストロークが、前記シリンダ(2)に設けられた1つ以上の窪み(24)により前記ピストン(13)の方向において制限される
ことを特徴とするピストン・シリンダユニット。 - 前記センサ装置(14)が、磁気センサを含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のピストン・シリンダユニット。
- 前記磁気センサはホールセンサを含み、前記ホールセンサが磁石を用いてプリテンションを付与されており、前記フリーピストン(21)が強磁性材料から作られていることを特徴とする請求項2に記載のピストン・シリンダユニット。
