Claims (1)
- バイブレーターが下部に装着された筒が電磁分離機の電磁石の中心に配置され、筒内に上下方向に多層に保持され、筒の上部の開口から供給される粉体中の鉄粉を磁着する磁性材料からなる電磁分離機用スクリーンにおいて、
電磁分離機用スクリーンの中心にスクリーンを保持する保持棒が通る環状の貫通部が形成され、外側にリング枠が形成され、リング枠内に貫通部に向かって間隔をおいて螺旋状に巻かれた螺旋板と、螺旋板の間隙に波状の波板が配置され、波板の谷と山が螺旋板にスポット溶接により固定されて螺旋板と波板により多数の孔がハニカム状に形成され、リング枠と環状の貫通部を同一高さとし、螺旋板と波板の高さを同一にし且つリング枠と貫通部より小さくして上下に重ねた電磁分離機用スクリーンの間に粉体が拡散する空間が形成されるようにしたことを特徴とする電磁分離機用スクリーン。
