Description
これにより、非水電解液の濡れ性を確保しながらも、非水電解液に溶け込む二酸化炭素を極力減らすことが可能となる。
Ostwald溶解度係数が2.8である二酸化炭素により置換し、大気圧状態にした。更に、減圧状態と二酸化炭素を注入して大気圧状態にすることを3回繰り返した。次に、耐圧容器内を−0.1MPaまで減圧し、5分放置した。その後、大気圧状態にある非水電解液を耐圧容器内に注液し、0.1MPaで加圧を行った。その結果、電極板群を60mm含侵させるために約10分を要した。

- 電池ケースと、前記電池ケースの内部に収納され正負の電極板にセパレータを挟んだ電
極板群とを有し、前記電極板群に非水電解液が含浸されている二次電池の製造方法であっ
て、
前記電池ケース内を、前記非水電解液に対するOstwald溶解度係数が2.0以上の気体
へと置換する工程と、
前記気体へと置換された前記電池ケース内を減圧する工程と、
減圧された前記電池ケース内へと前記非水電解液を注液する工程と、
を含むことを特徴とする二次電池の製造方法。 - 前記電池ケース内を減圧する際の減圧圧力は、前記減圧圧力を相対圧力Pとし、減圧を
行う時間をtとしたとき、下式(1)を成立させる前記減圧圧力であることを特徴とする
請求項1記載の二次電池の製造方法。
