Claims (3)
- ピストンの上方に形成される燃焼作動室と、燃料と空気の混合気が流入するクランク室とを連通するように反転掃気式をとる左右一対又は複数対の掃気通路が設けられている2サイクルエンジンであって、
前記左右一対又は複数対の掃気通路のうちの一方側に位置する掃気通路の少なくとも一カ所の横断面形状と水平掃気角が他方側に位置する掃気通路の横断面形状と水平掃気角と異ならしめられて、前記一方側に位置する掃気通路の横断面形状がシリンダ外周側が最も狭くシリンダボア壁面側が最も広い形状で、その実効通路面積が前記他方側に位置する掃気通路の横断面形状より小さくされており、前記一方側に位置する掃気通路から吹き出される前記燃料と空気の混合気からなる掃気流の主流と前記他方側に位置する掃気通路から吹き出される前記燃料と空気の混合気からなる掃気流の主流とが排気口の開口中心線から左右方向にずれた部位において平面視で衝突するようにされていることを特徴とする反転掃気式2サイクルエンジン。 - 前記一方側に位置する掃気通路における吸気口側に位置する案内壁面により形成される水平掃気角と前記他方側に位置する掃気通路における吸気口側に位置する案内壁面により形成される水平掃気角とが異ならしめられていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の反転掃気式2サイクルエンジン。
- 前記一方側に位置する掃気通路と前記他方側に位置する掃気通路の横断面形状又は実効通路面積が異ならしめられていることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の反転掃気式2サイクルエンジン。
