Claims (3)
- 高トルク負荷のために三次元ヒンジ金具の壁域を補強する方法であって、ストリップ帯から均一に彎曲された外形をもつ半製品が切断され、引き続いて半製品がスタンプ、逆スタンプ、母型、リング尖端と案内板から成る変形精密切削工具によってつぼ状本体部分に変形され且つ精密切削されており、噛切り用循環縁が本体部分に形成され、適切な材料移動が変形により惹起された壁域(10)内の材料流出をほぼ補償するように、ヒンジ金具の縁(8)とつぼ状本体部分(3)の間の壁域(10)の壁厚(s)は少なくとも二工程冷間流動押圧過程によりスタンプ運動(SM)に対して斜めにそれぞれに反対流れ方向(C、D)における適切な材料移動によって補強される方法において、第一工程には、半製品(2)の中心材料はまず最初にスタンプ方向(SM)に対して同じに延びる方向に、材料容積(V)が半製品(2)の外逆面(G)にスタンプ方向(SM)に対して斜め方向(C)に母型(12)に形成された空間(14)に発生するように、流動されること、及び第二工程には、発生した材料容積(V)は、冷間流動押圧によって第一工程と反対方向(D)に、縁(8)とつぼ状本体部分(3)のへこみ(6)の間の壁域(10)が必要とされた負荷に適合した壁厚(s)で形成するように、案内板(11)に形成された空間(18)に移動されることを特徴とする方法。
- 壁域(10)内の壁厚(s)の補強は母型(12)と案内板(11)における空間(14、18)の大きさと形状の選択によって調整されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 壁厚(s)はそれぞれの用途に適した破壊負荷に適合させて調整されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
