Description
- L'invention concerne une platine de pédalier en métal munie sur une face d'entretoises destinées à localiser la découpe d'un tapis insonorisant.
- De telles platines de pédalier sont notamment utilisées dans les véhicules.
- La publication
EP 1 184 770 décrit une platine de pédalier dont les entretoises sont rivetées ou soudées à une platine de support, ou font partie d'un châssis qui est rapporté sur la platine. - La présente invention a pour but de réduire le coût de fabrication de ces platines.
- On y parvient selon l'invention en fabriquant les entretoises par emboutissage de la platine.
- On emboutit la platine par passes successives telles qu'au final l'épaisseur de paroi des entretoises soit identique ou au moins sensiblement identique à celle de la platine.
- Avantageusement, les opérations d'emboutissage provoquent un écrouissage qui renforce la dureté des entretoises.
- Chaque entretoise est fabriquée par un procédé d'emboutissage progressif qui comprend une opération de création d'un enfoncement à l'endroit choisi pour la réalisation de l'entretoise, des opérations successives de déformation de l'enfoncement pour la formation progressive d'un collet par rétreint, une opération de conformation du collet final et une opération de poinçonnage en fond de ce collet.
- La publication
GB 1 136 500 - Dans un exemple typique du procédé de la présente invention, pour obtenir par emboutissage une entretoise ayant sensiblement la forme d'un collet cylindrique d'épaisseur sensiblement identique à celle de la platine, on réalise d'abord par emboutissage une demi-sphère de diamètre et de hauteur suffisamment supérieures au diamètre et à la hauteur du collet final pour que par passes d'emboutissage successives, on forme ensuite le collet voulu en modifiant progressivement le diamètre et la hauteur des collets intermédiaires et en augmentant progressivement l'épaisseur de paroi des collets.
- Par exemple, partant d'une platine d'épaisseur 2 millimètres on réalise d'abord par emboutissage une demi-sphère de diamètre 60 millimètres, de hauteur 20 millimètres ce qui conduit à une épaisseur de 1,68 millimètres pour la paroi de la calotte sphérique, et on transforme progressivement la calotte sphérique en un collet cylindrique, par passes d'emboutissage successives au cours desquelles on modifie les dimensions du collet pour obtenir au final un collet dont les dimensions sont : diamètre environ 20 millimètres, hauteur environ 15 millimètres, d'épaisseur de paroi environ 2 millimètres.
- Les figures du dessin joint, illustre un exemple de réalisation de l'invention :
- La figure 1 est une vue en perspective d'une platine de pédalier connue à entretoises soudées ou serties ;
- La figure 2 est une vue en perspective d'un pédalier selon l'invention, et
- La figure 3 illustre les étapes successives du procédé de fabrication d'un collet d'entretoise.
- On a représenté sur la figure 1 une platine de pédalier (1) en acier qui présente sur une face (2) quatre entretoises (3) constituées chacun par un corps cylindrique qui a été rapporté sur cette face par soudage ou sertissage.
- Sur la figure 2, on a représenté une platine de pédalier similaire mais dont les entretoises (4) ont été obtenues par emboutissage de la platine.
- Dans cet exemple, on a utilisé un procédé d'emboutissage qui comprend les opérations suivantes schématisées sur la figure 3 qui montre en vues partielles des phases successives (A) à (I) de la formation d'une entretoise.
- Ces phases comprennent :
- (A) création d'un enfoncement (5) en forme de la calotte sphérique, par exemple de diamètre 60 millimètres et de hauteur 20 millimètres, pour que la matière de l'enfoncement soit suffisante pour fournir la matière du collet à obtenir ;
- (B) déformation de la calotte sphérique pour le formage d'un collet (6), par exemple de diamètre 55 millimètres et de hauteur 20 millimètres ;
- (C) transformation du collet (6) précédent en un nouveau collet (7), par exemple de diamètre 44 millimètres et de hauteur 21 millimètres ;
- (D) transformation du collet (7) précédent en un nouveau collet (8), par exemple de diamètre 38 millimètres et de hauteur 21 millimètres ;
- (E) transformation du collet (8) précédent en un nouveau collet (9), par exemple de diamètre 33 millimètres et de hauteur 22 millimètres ;
- (F) transformation du collet (9) précédent en un nouveau collet (10), par exemple de diamètre 25 millimètres et de hauteur 22 millimètres ;
- (G) transformation du collet (10) précédent en un nouveau collet (11), par exemple de diamètre 23 millimètres et de hauteur 18 millimètres ;
- (H) transformation du collet (11) précédent en un nouveau collet (12), par exemple de diamètre 20 millimètres et de hauteur 18 millimètres ;
- (I) transformation du collet à sa forme définitive, par exemple diamètre 20 millimètres et hauteur 15, 5 millimètres.
- Après formage du collet, on exécute une opération de poinçonnage en fond de collet.
- L'invention n'est pas limitée à cet exemple de réalisation.
Claims (3)
- Platine de pédalier (1) en métal, présentant sur une face (2) des entretoises (4) destinées à localiser la découpe d'un tapis insonorisant, caractérisé en ce que les entretoises (4) sont venues d'emboutissage de la platine et ont la forme d'un collet cylindrique. et en ce qu'on réalise chaque entretoise par un procédé d'emboutissage progressif de la platine qui comprend une opération de création d'un enfoncement à l'endroit choisi pour la réalisation de l'entretoise, des opérations successives de déformation de l'enfoncement pour la formation de collets successifs par rétreint, une opération de conformation du collet final et une opération de poinçonnage en fond de ce collet, et en ce qu'on réalise les passes successives en sorte qu'au final l'épaisseur de paroi de l'entretoise soit identique ou au moins sensiblement identique à celle de la platine.
- Procédé pour réaliser une platine de pédalier selon la revendication 1, dans lequel pour obtenir par emboutissage une entretoise ayant sensiblement la forme d'un collet cylindrique d'épaisseur sensiblement identique à celle de la platine, on réalise d'abord par emboutissage une calotte sphérique demi-sphère de diamètre et de hauteur suffisamment supérieures au diamètre et à la hauteur du collet final pour que par passes d'emboutissage successives, on forme ensuite le collet voulu en modifiant progressivement le diamètre et la hauteur des collets intermédiaires.
- Procédé selon la revendication 2, dans lequel en partant d'une platine d'épaisseur 2 millimètres on réalise d'abord par emboutissage une calotte sphérique de diamètre 60 millimètres, de hauteur 20 millimètres ce qui conduit à une épaisseur de 1, 68 millimètres pour la paroi de la demi-sphère, et on transforme progressivement la demi-sphère en un collet cylindrique, par passes d'emboutissage successives au cours desquelles on augmente progressivement l'épaisseur de la paroi du collet pour obtenir au final un collet dont les dimensions sont : diamètre environ 20 millimètres, hauteur environ 15 millimètres, d'épaisseur de paroi environ 2 millimètres.
