Claims (3)
- 鋼製の台金に設けた雌ねじ付きのチップ穴に先端部の径が小さく基部側の径が次第に大きくなる傾斜外周面を胴部に有する硬質チップを嵌めこみ、
その上から、該硬質チップが挿通される通孔を備え外周部には前記雌ねじに螺合する雄ねじを備え通孔内面が硬質チップの外周面に密着するように下側が広く上側が狭い傾斜面として形成されている押えリングを螺着して、
該押えリングで前記硬質チップをチップ穴の穴底に押圧固定したことを特徴とする超硬工具。 - 鋼製の台金の適所に硬質チップの外径よりも大径のチップ穴を設けて、該チップ穴の内周部には雌ねじを形成し、先端部の径が小さく基部側の径が次第に大きくなる傾斜外周面を胴部に有する硬質チップを前記チップ穴に嵌め込むとともに、前記硬質チップの胴部の傾斜外周面に密着する内壁を有する通孔が形成され、外周部に前記チップ穴の雌ねじに螺合する雄ねじが形成された押えリングを、その通孔に前記硬質チップを挿通した状態で前記チップ穴の雌ねじに螺合して硬質チップをチップ穴の穴底へ押え付けることにより、硬質チップを台金のチップ穴内部に押圧固定することを特徴とする硬質チップの固定方法。
- 前記押えリングの通孔内面が、硬質チップの外周面に密着するように、下側が広く上側が狭い傾斜面として形成されている請求項2に記載の硬質チップの固定方法。
