工程
1枚はブルータイプと呼ばれ、もう1枚はオレンジタイプと呼ばれる2枚のサーモクロミックPVBフィルムをそれぞれ2つに切断した。各タイプのフィルム片を真空乾燥器内に保持してドライフィルムとし、各タイプの他のフィルム片を高い相対湿度に曝してウエットフィルムとした。オレンジフィルム及びブルーフィルムの両方のドライフィルムを5つに切断した。オレンジフィルム及びブルーフィルムの両方のウエットフィルムを4つに切断した。
A.切片Aを相対湿度の高い環境下に曝し、24時間ごとに湿度の検査を行った。
B.切片Bを真空乾燥機内に保持し、24時間ごとに湿度の検査を行った。
C.切片Cを24時間と記された乾燥ポーチ内に載置し、24時間ごとに湿度の検査を行った。
D.切片Dを48時間と記された乾燥ポーチ内に載置し、ポーチを密閉してから48時間後に湿度の検査を行った。ポーチを再び密閉し、開始から48時間の後24時間ごとにフィルムに対して湿度の検査を行った。
E.切片Eを72時間と記された乾燥ポーチ内に載置し、ポーチを密閉してから72時間後に湿度の検査を行った。ポーチを再び密閉し、開始から72時間の後24時間ごとにフィルムに対して湿度の検査を行った。
F.切片Fを相対湿度の高い環境下に曝し、24時間ごとに湿度の検査を行った。
G.切片Gを24時間と記された乾燥ポーチ内に載置し、24時間ごとに湿度の検査を行った。
H.切片Hを48時間と記された乾燥ポーチ内に載置し、ポーチを密閉してから48時間後に湿度の検査を行った。ポーチを再び密閉し、開始から48時間の後24時間ごとにフィルムに対して湿度の検査を行った。
I.切片Iを72時間と記された乾燥ポーチ内に載置し、ポーチを密閉してから72時間後に湿度の検査を行った。ポーチを再び密閉し、開始から72時間の後24時間ごとにフィルムに対して湿度の検査を行った。

全てのKarl Fischer滴定に基づく水分測定は、気化器VA−06とともに三菱水分計CA−06を用いて行われた。乾燥器は140℃に設定され、各試料測定の前に、2分間のパージ、2分間の加熱及び2分間の冷却を行った。フィルム試験の前後に水分計を校正するために、乾燥器温度150℃で3000μLのキャピラリー管を用い、誤差5%内とした。小さい試料は各フィルム片から切断した。試料の重量は0.2〜0.25gであった。
ポーチの分析においては、同色フィルムの対照を比較することが最良である。ブルーフィルムの全てのデータは表1に、オレンジフィルムの全データは表2に示した。
Claims (17)
- PVB又はEVAによって作製されたフィルム又はシートと、
乾燥剤を含有するフィルム又はシートとを備えたことを特徴とするフィルム又はシートの交互層のスタック又はロール。 - 前記PVB又はEVAのフィルム又はシートは、PVBまたはEVAの第1重合フィルムであり、前記乾燥剤を含有するフィルム又はシートは、乾燥剤を含む第2重合材料を含有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のスタック又はロール。
- 前記乾燥剤を含有するフィルム又はシートは、第1重合フィルムが貼着するのを防ぐことを特徴とする請求項2に記載のスタック又はロール。
- 前記乾燥剤を含有するフィルム又はシートは、前記第1重合フィルムを挟み込むことを特徴とする請求項2に記載のスタック又はロール。
- 前記乾燥剤を含有するフィルム又はシートは、織られた表面を有し、又は、織られた表面を有する支持体に貼り付けられることを特徴とする請求項2に記載のスタック又はロール。
- 前記乾燥剤を含有するフィルム又はシートは、織られた表面を供給するためにエンボスされることを特徴とする請求項5に記載のスタック又はロール。
- 前記乾燥剤を含有するフィルム又はシートは、1以上の透過性支持層に貼り付けられることを特徴とする請求項5に記載のスタック又はロール。
- 前記乾燥剤を含有するフィルム又はシートは、1以上のメッシュ又は繊維の層に貼り付けられることを特徴とする請求項5に記載のスタック又はロール。
- 前記乾燥剤を含有するフィルム又はシートは、1以上の不織布の層に貼り付けられることを特徴とする請求項5に記載のスタック又はロール。
- 前記乾燥剤を含有するフィルム又はシートは、1以上のポリエチレン不織布の層に貼り付けられることを特徴とする請求項9に記載のスタック又はロール。
- 前記第1重合層はサーモクロミックPVBであることを特徴とする請求項2に記載のスタック又はロール。
- 前記スタック又はロールは、PVBフィルムにおける水分を低減させるために、前記乾燥剤を含有するフィルム又はシートと協働する外フィルム内に包装され又は包まれることを特徴とする請求項2に記載のスタック又はロール。
- PVBの層又はシートと、ロール状に巻き付けられる乾燥剤含有フィルムとを備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のスタック又はロール。
- 前記乾燥剤含有フィルムは、前記ロールの外表面上に残っていることを特徴とする請求項13に記載のスタック又はロール。
- 前記乾燥剤含有フィルムはポリエチレン及び酸化カルシウム粒子を含有することを特徴とする請求項2に記載のスタック又はロール。
- 前記乾燥剤含有フィルムは、片面又は両面を透湿性低密度ポリエチレンで上塗りされ、酸化カルシウム粒子が分散されたポリエチレンフィルムであることを特徴とする請求項15に記載のスタック又はロール。
- 水分量が低減された、PVBフィルムまたは構成を提供する方法であって、
PVBフィルムを供給する工程と、
乾燥剤含有フィルムの隣接層間または巻回体間に、PVBフィルムを配置する工程と
を備えたことを特徴とするPVBフィルムまたは構成を提供する方法。
