Description
Claims (17)
- 押し潰し可能なソケット部と、
取付け部と、
前記ソケット部および前記取付け部に全体的に連続し、流体圧源要素にトルク伝達を行うために流体源要素に取付けられる前に成形された、硬化加工された多角形のトルク伝達部とを備え、
取付けられた流体圧源要素への前記トルク伝達が前記取付け部の前記要素への固定に続いて行われる
一体型の径方向に押し潰し可能なフェルール。 - 前記固定が前記要素に接触するための前記取付け部の変形である請求項1に記載のフェルール。
- 前記トルク伝達部が、前記ソケットの押し潰しと前記取付け部の変形との後の機能的形状を維持して、前記フェルールを前記要素に固定する請求項1に記載のフェルール。
- 前記トルク伝達部が前記ソケット部と前記取付け部の間に形成される請求項1に記載のフェルール。
- 前記ソケット部がホース端部を把持するためのインサートを保持するように構成される請求項1に記載のフェルール。
- 前記ソケット部がトルク伝達部の反対側における前記ソケット部の延長部分に形成されたリップを備え、かつ前記フェルールがさらに、前記ソケット部の中において前記インサートと前記リップの間に配置されたシールを備える請求項5に記載のフェルール。
- 前記トルク伝達部を形成する前記フェルールの壁部が前記取付け部とソケット部を形成する前記壁部より厚い請求項1に記載のフェルール。
- 前記ソケット部がホース端部を把持するための少なくとも1つのコイル状インサートを保持する請求項1に記載のフェルール。
- 一体型の径方向に押し潰し可能なフェルールに、前記一体型の径方向に押し潰し可能なフェルールに形成された押し潰し可能なソケット部と取付け部に連続した、多角形のトルク伝達部を成形し、
前記トルク伝達部の強化が、
前記成形されたトルク伝達部の周囲に金型セットを配置し、
前記金型セットの金型により前記トルク伝達部を押圧して、前記トルク伝達部の角部を強化する
ことである方法。 - 前記成形が円筒状部材から前記トルク伝達部を成形することである請求項9に記載の方法。
- 前記強化が前記トルク伝達部の硬化加工である請求項9に記載の方法。
- 前記押圧が、成形されたトルク伝達部をより小さな角部半径を有する硬化加工されたトルク伝達部にプレス成形することである請求項9に記載の方法。
- 前記成形が、前記強化の後より大きいサイズを有するように前記トルク伝達部を成形することであり、前記強化が望ましいサイズを有する前記トルク伝達部をもたらす請求項9に記載の方法。
- ホースのステムを覆って、前記一体型の径方向に押し潰し可能なフェルールの前記取付け部を配置し、
前記ステムへ前記取付け部を固定し、
前記押し潰し可能ソケット部の中であって前記ステムの上へホースの開口端を挿入し、
前記ホースの開口端へ前記フェルールを固定するために前記ソケット部を押し潰すことをさらに備える請求項9に記載の方法。 - 前記成形に続いて前記ソケット部の中にインサートを配置し、前記押し潰しに続いて前記インサートが前記ホースを把持するとともに前記ソケットの内部に摩擦接触することをさらに備える請求項14に記載の方法。
- 前記成形が、均一な壁厚を有する単一の円筒状スリーブから前記フェルールを形作り、前記形作ることがさらに、前記フェルールとソケット部が前記トルク伝達部の壁部より薄い壁を有するように前記円筒状スリーブから前記フェルールとソケット部を引き抜き加工することを備える
請求項9に記載の方法。 - 前記強化がさらに、
前記押圧に先立って、前記成形されたトルク伝達部の内部において、前記トルク伝達部の望ましい内部形状を有するマンドレルを配置することを備える
