Description
第1のバッテリコントローラ54Aは、複数のセルコントローラから取得した各バッテリ55の電圧情報に基づき第1のバッテリ系統56Aの総電圧を演算し、さらに第1の電流センサ57Aから取得した電流情報に基づき第1のバッテリ系統56Aの蓄電残量を演算する。そして、演算した第1のバッテリ系統56Aの総電圧及び蓄電残量をインバータ装置32の演算制御部53へ送信する。また、第1のバッテリコントローラ54Aは、第1のバッテリ系統56Aの蓄電残量が例えば10段階の充電状態(詳細には、「0」は完全放電状態を意味し、「10」は満充電状態を意味する)のいずれに該当するかを判定し、これに対応する表示信号を残量表示器29Aに出力する。残量表示器29Aは、例えば10セグメントのバーを点灯・消灯することにより、第1のバッテリ系統56Aの蓄電残量を10段階で表示するようになっている。

Claims (3)
- 電動モータと、
前記電動モータによって駆動する油圧ポンプと、
前記油圧ポンプから吐出された圧油により駆動する複数の油圧アクチュエータと、
直列接続された複数のバッテリからなるバッテリ系統を複数有するバッテリ装置と、
前記複数のバッテリ系統のうちのいずれか1つを選択的に接続する接続切換手段と、
前記接続切換手段で選択的に接続されたバッテリ系統から供給された直流電力を交流電力に変換して前記電動モータに供給するインバータとを備えた電動式建設機械であって、
前記接続切換手段で選択的に接続されたバッテリ系統に外部電源からの電力を供給し、前記バッテリ系統の電圧が予め設定された上限値未満であれば定電流充電を行い、前記バッテリ系統の電圧が前記上限値に達すれば定電圧充電を行う充電制御手段を備え、
前記充電制御手段は、前記複数のバッテリ系統のうちの一のバッテリ系統及び他のバッテリ系統の電圧が前記上限値未満である場合に、前記接続切換手段で前記一のバッテリ系統を選択的に接続して、前記一のバッテリ系統のみを定電流充電し、前記一のバッテリ系統の電圧が前記上限値に達した直後、前記接続切換手段で前記他のバッテリ系統に接続を切換えて、前記他のバッテリ系統のみを定電流充電し、前記他のバッテリ系統の電圧が前記上限値に達したら、前記他のバッテリ系統のみを定電圧充電し、前記他のバッテリ系統が満充電状態となったら、前記接続切換手段で前記一のバッテリ系統に接続を切換えて、前記一のバッテリ系統のみを定電圧充電することを特徴とする電動式建設機械。 - 電動モータと、
前記電動モータによって駆動する油圧ポンプと、
前記油圧ポンプから吐出された圧油により駆動する複数の油圧アクチュエータと、
直列接続された複数のバッテリからなるバッテリ系統を複数有するバッテリ装置と、
前記複数のバッテリ系統のうちのいずれか1つを選択的に接続する接続切換手段と、
前記接続切換手段で選択的に接続されたバッテリ系統から供給された直流電力を交流電力に変換して前記電動モータに供給するインバータとを備えた電動式建設機械であって、
前記接続切換手段で選択的に接続されたバッテリ系統に外部電源からの電力を供給し、前記バッテリ系統の電圧が予め設定された上限値未満であれば定電流充電を行い、前記バッテリ系統の電圧が前記上限値に達すれば定電圧充電を行う充電制御手段を備え、
前記充電制御手段は、前記複数のバッテリ系統のうちの一のバッテリ系統及び他のバッテリ系統の電圧が前記上限値未満である場合に、前記接続切換手段で前記一のバッテリ系統を選択的に接続して、前記一のバッテリ系統のみを定電流充電し、前記一のバッテリ系統の電圧が前記上限値に達した直後、前記接続切換手段で前記他のバッテリ系統に接続を切換えて、前記他のバッテリ系統のみを定電流充電し、前記他のバッテリ系統の電圧が前記上限値に達した直後、前記接続切換手段で前記一のバッテリ系統に接続を切換えて、前記一のバッテリ系統のみを定電圧充電し、前記一のバッテリ系統が満充電状態となったら、前記接続切換手段で前記他のバッテリ系統に接続を切換えて、前記他のバッテリ系統のみを定電圧充電することを特徴とする電動式建設機械。 - 電動モータと、
前記電動モータによって駆動する油圧ポンプと、

前記充電制御手段は、前記複数のバッテリ系統のうちの一のバッテリ系統及び他のバッテリ系統の電圧が前記上限値未満である場合に、前記接続切換手段で前記一のバッテリ系統を選択的に接続して、前記一のバッテリ系統のみを定電流充電し、前記一のバッテリ系統の電圧が前記上限値に達した直後、前記接続切換手段で前記他のバッテリ系統に接続を切換えて、前記他のバッテリ系統のみを定電流充電し、前記他のバッテリ系統の電圧が前記上限値に達したら、前記他のバッテリ系統のみを定電圧充電し、前記他のバッテリ系統が満充電状態となる前であって前記他のバッテリ系統の電流が設定値まで低下した直後、前記接続切換手段で前記一のバッテリ系統に接続を切換えて、前記一のバッテリ系統のみを定電圧充電し、前記一のバッテリ系統が満充電状態となったら、前記接続切換手段で前記他のバッテリ系統に接続を切換えて、前記他のバッテリ系統のみを定電圧充電することを特徴とする電動式建設機械。
