Description
図1は、本発明の一実施の形態における電動式油圧ショベルの全体構成を示す側面図であり、図2は、その上面図である。なお、本明細書において、電動式油圧ショベルが図1に示す状態にて運転者が運転席に着座した場合における運転者の前側(図1中右側)、後側(図1中左側)、左側(図1中紙面に向かって奥側)、右側(図1中紙面に向かって手前側)を、単に前側、後側、左側、右側と称する。
コントローラ53は、例えば、キースイッチ27からの信号の電圧値によってキースイッチ27がOFF位置にあると判定し、充電スイッチ29からの信号の電圧値によって充電スイッチ29がON位置に操作されたと判定し、受電コネクタ52A,52Bを介して、ケーブル接続検出回路(図示せず)からの信号の電圧値によって商用電源分電盤48又は直流電源急速充電器49からのケーブルが接続されたと判定した場合に、バッテリ充電制御を行うようになっている。
<<バッテリ稼働モード>>
バッテリ装置7による稼働モードについて説明する。
次に、商用電源分電盤48からの供給電力による稼働モードについて説明する。
図10は、同じ商用電源の受電設備80から供給される電力により稼働する複数の電動式油圧ショベルの稼働に関する全体構成図である。
<電動式建設機械の要求パワーの合計が許容パワーを超えない場合>
電動式油圧ショベルAの要求パワーをPd1、電動式油圧ショベルBの要求パワーをPd2、電動式油圧ショベルCの要求パワーをPd3とする。
<電動式建設機械の要求電力の合計が許容電力を超える場合>
電動式油圧ショベルA内の、許容パワー算出部72において、電動式油圧ショベルAの要求パワーPd1と、電動式油圧ショベルBの要求パワーPd2と電動式油圧ショベルCの要求パワーPd3の和であるPd1+Pd2+Pd3が、電源許容パワーPSlim を上回る場合は、Plim<Pd1となる。したがって最小値選択部73の出力である目標要求パワーPrはPlim(A)となる。
以上のように本実施の形態によれば、複数台の電動式建設機械が同時に稼働した場合に、外部電源である商用電源の受電設備80が出力できる許容電力を超えることを回避しつつ、複数台の電動式建設機械のそれぞれの要求パワーPd1,Pd2,Pd3,・・・Pdnに応じて機体ごとに作業の偏りなく供給電力を分配し、許容電力内で効率良く作業することができる。

Claims (5)
- 電動モータと、この電動モータによって駆動される油圧ポンプと、この油圧ポンプから吐出された圧油により駆動される複数の油圧アクチュエータと、前記油圧ポンプから前記複数の油圧アクチュエータに供給される圧油の流れを制御する複数の方向切換弁と、前記複数の油圧アクチュエータの動作を指示し、前記複数の方向切換弁を切り換える操作信号を生成する複数の操作装置とを備え、
前記電動モータが受電設備からの電力により駆動する電動式建設機械において、
前記受電設備を共用する他の電動式建設機械との間でデータの送受信を行う通信装置と、
前記複数の操作装置の操作信号に基づいて前記複数の油圧アクチュエータを駆動するための自身の要求パワーを算出し、この自身の要求パワーを前記通信装置を介して前記他の電動式建設機械に送信するとともに、前記他の電動式建設機械において算出された要求パワーを前記通信装置を介して受信するコントローラとを備え、
前記コントローラは、
前記自身の要求パワーと、前記通信装置を介して受信した前記他の電動式建設機械の要求パワーと、前記受電設備の許容電力とに基づいて前記電動モータが使用可能な許容パワーを演算し、前記電動モータの消費動力が前記許容パワーを超えないように前記電動モータを制御することを特徴とする電動式建設機械。 - 請求項1記載の電動式建設機械において、
前記コントローラは、
前記自身の要求パワーと前記通信装置を介して受信した前記他の電動式建設機械の要求パワーとの合計要求パワーに対する前記自身の要求パワーの割合を計算し、前記受電設備の許容電力と前記割合とに基づいて前記許容パワーを算出することを特徴とする電動式建設機械。 - 請求項2記載の電動式建設機械において、
前記コントローラは、
前記受電設備の許容電力に基づいて算出した電源許容パワーを予め設定しておき、この電源許容パワーに前記自身の要求パワーの割合を乗じて前記許容パワーを算出することを特徴とする電動式建設機械。 - 請求項1記載の電動式建設機械において、
前記コントローラは、
前記自身の要求パワーと前記許容パワーとの小さい方の値を目標要求パワーとして選択し、この目標要求パワーに基づいて前記電動モータの要求回転数を算出し、この要求回転数に基づいて前記電動モータの回転数を制御することを特徴とする電動式建設機械。 - 請求項1記載の電動式建設機械において、
前記複数の操作装置は前記操作信号としてパイロット圧を生成する油圧パイロット式であり、
前記複数の操作装置により生成される複数のパイロット圧を検出する複数の圧力センサを更に備え、
前記コントローラは、
前記複数の圧力センサによって検出された前記複数のパイロット圧に基づいて前記自身の要求パワーを算出することを特徴とする電動式建設機械。
