Description
図1は、本実施形態に係る鉱山用電力管理システムの構成図である。鉱山用電力管理システム100は、第1架線1と、第2架線2と、電力供給・蓄電装置3と、を含む。第1架線1は、上り坂RUに設けられるとともに、上り坂RUを走行する上り車両6Uとの間で電力をやり取りする。第2架線2は、下り坂RDに設けられるとともに、下り坂RDを走行する下り車両6Dとの間で電力をやり取りする。電力供給・蓄電装置3は、少なくとも第1架線1及び第2架線2との間で電力のやり取りをする。以下において、上り車両6Uは上り坂RUを走行している車両であり、下り車両6Dは下り坂RDを走行している車両である。上り車両6Uと下り車両6Dとを区別しない場合には、単に車両6という。
図2は、車両の構成例を示す模式図である。上述したように、車両6はダンプトラックである。車両6は、車両制御装置60と、複数(本実施形態では4個)の車輪61と、それぞれの車輪61を駆動する電動機62と、内燃機関63と、発電機64と、電動機制御装置65と、無線通信用アンテナ66と、GPS用アンテナ67と、集電装置6Pと、図1に示すベッセル6Vとを含む。
図3は、機械の構成例を示す模式図である。上述したように、機械7は電気駆動式ショベルである。機械7は、機械制御装置70と、電動機制御装置71と、一対の履帯72と、2つの走行用電動機73と、旋回用電動機74と、油圧生成用電動機75と、油圧ポンプ76と、無線通信用アンテナ66と、GPS用アンテナ67とを含む。
一般に、鉱山において、採掘現場は、鉱石を採掘するために掘削してできた穴の底にあることが多い。このため、車両6は、前記穴の底で、鉱石又は土砂等の荷物Lがベッセル6Vに積み込まれることが多い。そして、ベッセル6Vに荷物Lを積み込んだ車両6は、穴の出口に向かって上り坂RUを走行する。すなわち、通常、上り車両6Uは、ベッセル6Vに荷物を積み込んだ状態である。上り車両6Uは、上り坂RUの上方にあるホッパPまで走行すると、ベッセル6Vの一方を上昇させて、ベッセル6Vに積み込まれた荷物LをホッパP内へ投入する。
図4は、本実施形態に係る鉱山用電力管理システムの機能を説明するための機能ブロック図である。鉱山用電力管理システム100の処理は、管理装置10と、図1、図2に示す車両6が有する車両制御装置60と、図1、図3に示す機械7が有する機械制御装置70とが実現する。管理装置10は、電力制御部10Aと、電力収支計算部10Bと、作業管理部10Cと、通信制御部10Dとを含む。これらの機能は、コンピュータである管理装置10が電力制御部10A等の機能を実現するためのコンピュータプログラムを実行することにより実現される。なお、電力制御部10A等は、ハードウェアで構成されてもよい。
図5は、電力配分の制御の一例を示すフローチャートである。まず、ステップS101において、管理装置10の電力収支計算部10Bは、上述した鉱山機械電力収支を計算する。すなわち、ステップS101においては、機械7、上り車両6U及び下り車両6Dが消費する総電力(総消費電力)Pcと、機械7、上り車両6U及び下り車両6Dが発生する総電力(総発生電力)Psとの電力収支が計算される。

Claims (7)
- 上り坂に設けられるとともに、前記上り坂を走行する上り車両との間で電力をやり取りする第1架線と、
下り坂に設けられるとともに、前記下り坂を走行する下り車両との間で電力をやり取りする第2架線と、
少なくとも前記第1架線及び前記第2架線との間で電力のやり取りをする電力供給・蓄電装置と、
前記電力供給・蓄電装置と電力のやり取りをする機械、前記上り車両及び前記下り車両が消費する総電力が、前記機械、前記上り車両及び前記下り車両が発生する総電力以下になるように、少なくとも前記機械と前記上り車両と前記下り車両との間における電力配分を制御する電力制御部と、を含み、
前記電力制御部は、前記上り車両の数と、前記下り車両の数との配分を調整することにより、前記電力配分を制御する鉱山用電力管理システム。 - 上り坂に設けられるとともに、前記上り坂を走行する上り車両との間で電力をやり取りする第1架線と、
下り坂に設けられるとともに、前記下り坂を走行する下り車両との間で電力をやり取りする第2架線と、
少なくとも前記第1架線及び前記第2架線との間で電力のやり取りをする電力供給・蓄電装置と、
前記電力供給・蓄電装置と電力のやり取りをする機械、前記上り車両及び前記下り車両が消費する総電力が、前記機械、前記上り車両及び前記下り車両が発生する総電力以下になるように、少なくとも前記機械と前記上り車両と前記下り車両との間における電力配分を制御する電力制御部と、を含み、
前記電力制御部は、
前記機械、前記上り車両及び前記下り車両が発生する総電力よりも前記機械、前記上り車両及び前記下り車両が消費する総電力の方が大きい場合に、少なくとも一部の前記上り車両と、少なくとも一部の前記下り車両と、少なくとも一部の前記機械と、の少なくとも一つの消費電力を低減させ、
前記機械と、前記上り車両と、前記下り車両とのうち、優先度の低い順に前記消費電力を低減させる鉱山用電力管理システム。 - 上り坂に設けられるとともに、前記上り坂を走行する上り車両との間で電力をやり取りする第1架線と、
下り坂に設けられるとともに、前記下り坂を走行する下り車両との間で電力をやり取りする第2架線と、
少なくとも前記第1架線及び前記第2架線との間で電力のやり取りをする電力供給・蓄電装置と、
前記電力供給・蓄電装置と電力のやり取りをする機械、前記上り車両及び前記下り車両が消費する総電力が、前記機械、前記上り車両及び前記下り車両が発生する総電力以下になるように、少なくとも前記機械と前記上り車両と前記下り車両との間における電力配分を制御する電力制御部と、を含み、
前記下り車両が発電機を有している場合、
前記電力制御部は、
前記機械、前記上り車両及び前記下り車両が発生する総電力よりも前記機械、前記上り車両及び前記下り車両が消費する総電力の方が大きい場合に、前記下り車両の発電機から不足する電力を供給させる鉱山用電力管理システム。 - 前記電力制御部は、
前記機械、前記上り車両及び前記下り車両が発生する総電力よりも前記機械、前記上り車両及び前記下り車両が消費する総電力の方が大きい場合に、前記電力供給・蓄電装置から不足する電力を供給させる請求項1から請求項3のいずれか1項に記載の鉱山用電力管理システム。 - 前記第1架線が設けられている上り坂の高さの総和と、前記第2架線が設けられている下り坂の高さの総和とは、両者の平均値に対して±10%以内である請求項1から請求項4のいずれか1項に記載の鉱山用電力管理システム。
- 前記第2架線が設けられている下り坂の高さの総和は、前記第1架線が設けられている上り坂の高さの総和よりも大きい請求項1から請求項5のいずれか1項に記載の鉱山用電力管理システム。
- 上り坂に設けられるとともに、前記上り坂を走行する上り車両との間で電力をやり取りする第1架線と、
下り坂に設けられるとともに、前記下り坂を走行する下り車両との間で電力をやり取りする第2架線と、
少なくとも前記第1架線及び前記第2架線との間で電力のやり取りをする電力供給・蓄電装置と、
前記電力供給・蓄電装置と電力のやり取りをする前記上り車両及び前記下り車両が消費する電力と前記上り車両及び前記下り車両が発生する電力との電力配分を、前記上り車両の数と前記下り車両の数との配分を調整することにより制御する鉱山用電力管理システム。
