Abstract
Description
まず、図1を参照しながら、電動式作業機械の一例としての油圧ショベル1の概略構造について説明する。ただし、電動式作業機械としては、油圧ショベル1に限定されず、ホイルローダ等の他の車両でもよい。油圧ショベル1は、下部走行体2と、作業機3と、上部旋回体4とを備える。
図2を用いて、油圧ショベル1に搭載され、電動モータ7に電力を供給する電源システム6について説明する。電源システム6は、商用電源5の交流電源電圧を直流電源電圧に交換する給電器61と、給電器61からの電力を充電または放電するバッテリ62と、直流電源電圧を交流電源電圧に交換するインバータ63と、給電器61からインバータ63に電力を供給する第1の電路6aと、バッテリ62から第1の電路6aに合流する第2の電路6bと、第1の電路6aと第2の電路6bの合流点6cとインバータ63の間に配置されたインバータリレー64と、合流点6cとバッテリ62の間に配置されたバッテリリレー65と、合流点6cと給電器61の間に配置された給電器リレー66と、を備える。

Claims (3)
- 外部電源の交流電源電圧を直流電源電圧に交換する給電器と、前記給電器からの電力を充電または放電するバッテリと、直流電源電圧を交流電源電圧に交換するインバータと、前記インバータにより電力を供給され制御される電動モータと、前記給電器から前記インバータに電力を供給する第1の電路と、前記バッテリから前記第1の電路に合流する第2の電路と、前記第1の電路と前記第2の電路の合流点と前記インバータの間に配置されたインバータリレーと、前記合流点と前記バッテリの間に配置されたバッテリリレーと、前記合流点と前記給電器の間に配置された給電器リレーと、を備えた電動式作業機械。
- 前記インバータリレー及び前記給電器リレーの接点が接触し、前記バッテリリレーの接点が離れることによって構成される第1電源モードと、前記インバータリレー、前記給電器リレー、及び前記バッテリリレーの接点が接触することによって構成される第2電源モードとを備え、前記第1電源モードにおいて、前記給電器は、前記インバータの定格電圧に基づいて制御され、前記第2電源モードにおいて、前記給電器は、前記外部電源の上限値から定まる定格電流になるように制御される、請求項1に記載の電動式作業機械。
- 前記第1電源モードにおいて、前記インバータの出力の上限値は、前記外部電源の供給できる電流に応じた閾値に設定される、請求項1又は2に記載の電動式作業機械。
