Claims (3)
- 組付対象物に対して部品を組み付けるためのナットランナと前記ナットランナを支持する支持部とを有する複数の組付部と、
ねじ部が形成されたボールねじ軸と、
前記ナットランナを前記支持部に対して前記ボールねじ軸の軸線及び前記ナットランナの軸線と直交するX方向に移動させるナットランナ移動手段と、を有し、
前記複数の組付部のうち少なくとも2以上の組付部を構成する前記支持部には、前記ボールねじ軸の軸線方向に移動可能な状態で前記ねじ部に螺合するナット部が設けられ、
前記ねじ部には、所定のピッチを有する第1のねじ部と、前記第1のねじ部とは異なるピッチを有する第2のねじ部と、が設けられ、
各前記組付部は、一対の前記ナットランナを有しており、
前記支持部は、一方の前記ナットランナが挿通する挿通孔が形成されて前記ナット部が設けられた支持板と、
一方の前記ナットランナを前記支持板に対して前記X方向に移動可能に支持する移動支持部と、
前記支持板に設けられて他方の前記ナットランナを保持する保持部と、を有し、
前記ナットランナ移動手段は、各前記組付部の前記移動支持部を前記X方向に移動させる移動機構を有し、
前記移動機構にて前記移動支持部を移動させることにより各前記組付部の一方のナットランナが前記X方向に移動し、前記ボールねじ軸を回転させることにより前記複数の組付部が前記ボールねじ軸の軸線に沿ったY方向に同期移動する、
ことを特徴とする部品組付装置。 - 請求項1記載の部品組付装置において、
前記第2のねじ部には、前記第1のねじ部のねじれ方向と逆方向のねじれ方向を有する逆ねじ部がさらに設けられていることを特徴とする部品組付装置。 - 請求項1又は2記載の部品組付装置において、
前記複数の組付部及び前記ボールねじ軸が配置される基台と、
前記基台と前記複数の組付部とを相互に拘束可能なロック機構と、をさらに備えていることを特徴とする部品組付装置。
