約300グラムの2,5−フランジオンおよび750グラムのテトラメチルエチレンを1グラムのBHT酸化防止剤とともにステンレス鋼反応容器に加える。反応混合物をN2ブランケット下で約250℃にて約4時間激しく撹拌する。減圧での未反応材料の除去後、得られる生成物を、約235℃および約5mmHgにて薄膜蒸発器で処理し、約730グラムの生成物軽量画分(底部の画分は廃棄物である)を回収する。
実施例1に記載のものと同様の手順に従って、98グラムの無水マレイン酸および168グラムのプロピレンテトラマを、約230℃にて約40psiで約4時間行う。未反応性材料の除去後、留出物が形成され、予備加熱および撹拌の後、約0.27グラムの量の水酸化ナトリウムをゆっくり添加してブタン二酸ドデセニル二ナトリウム塩の塩溶液を形成する。
Claims (21)
- 式、
(式中、M+は、Na+およびK+からなる群より選択され、R1は、C1−C24の分枝鎖または直鎖脂肪族化合物であり、R2は、C1−C10の分枝鎖または直鎖脂肪族化合物である。)を有する、既に腐蝕している補強棒を含む硬化した建設後の材料に適用するための、耐蝕性をもたらす水溶液組成物、および、
既に腐蝕している補強棒を含む硬化した建設後の材料の組合せであって、
前記建設後の材料の少なくとも1つの表面に前記組成物が適用されその内部領域まで浸透する、組合せ。 - 前記組成物が、減粘剤を約5重量%〜約70重量%の量でさらに含む、請求項1に記載の組合せ。
- 前記減粘剤が、イソプロピルアルコール、エタノール、キシレンおよびそれらの混合物からなる群より選択される、請求項2に記載の組合せ。
- 前記組成物が、二酸の金属塩の水溶液である、請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載の組合せ。
- 前記建設後の材料が、鉄筋または無筋コンクリートからなる群より選択される、請求項1から4のいずれか1項に記載の組合せ。
- 前記建設後の材料がコンクリートを含む構造であり、前記組成物がコンクリートを含む構造の外面に直接適用されている、請求項1から5のいずれか1項に記載の組合せ。
- 前記組成物が適用された建設後の材料の既に腐蝕している補強棒が、マクロセル電流試験において、36週間を通じて0.1mVを下回る電圧レベルを示す、請求項1から6のいずれか1項に記載の組合せ。
- 前記組成物を前記建設後の材料に少なくとも2回以上適用するための、請求項1から7のいずれか1項に記載の組合せ。
- 既に腐蝕している補強棒を含む硬化した建設後の材料を処理する方法であって、
式、
(式中、M+は、Na+およびK+からなる群より選択され、R1は、C1−C24の分枝鎖または直鎖脂肪族化合物であり、R2は、C1−C10の分枝鎖または直鎖脂肪族化合物である。)を有する水溶液組成物を提供する段階と、
前記組成物を前記既に腐蝕している補強棒を含む硬化した建設後の材料の表面に直接適用しその内部領域まで浸透させる段階と、
を含む、方法。 - 前記組成物を前記表面に適用するより前に、約5重量%〜約70重量%の量の減粘剤を前記組成物に添加する段階をさらに含む、請求項9に記載の方法。
- 前記減粘剤が、イソプロピルアルコール、エタノール、キシレンおよびそれらの混合物からなる群より選択される、請求項10に記載の方法。
- 前記組成物が、二酸の金属塩の水溶液である、請求項9から11のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記建設後の材料が既存の鉄筋または無筋コンクリートを含む、請求項9から12のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記組成物を適用するより前に、前記建設後の材料の表面を洗浄する段階をさらに含む、請求項9から13のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記組成物と塗料を混合する段階をさらに含む、請求項9から14のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記組成物を前記建設後の材料の表面に再び適用する段階をさらに含む、請求項9から15のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記再適用により建設後の材料に関して防蝕機能を維持する、請求項16に記載の方法。
- 前記建設後の材料に、コンクリート、モルタル、スタッコおよび鋼からなる群より選択される少なくとも1種類の構成要素が含まれる、請求項9から17のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記適用が、前記建設後の材料の腐蝕速度を低下させるために効果的である、請求項9から18のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記建設後の材料への前記適用が、スプレ塗布、刷毛塗り、ミスト塗布、およびそれらの組合せからなる群より選択される適用機構によって達成される、請求項9から19のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記組成物が適用された建設後の材料のすでに腐蝕している補強棒が、マクロセル電流試験において、36週間を通じて0.1mVを下回る電圧レベルを示す、請求項9から20のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
