Description
Claims (10)
- 氷の製造方法であって、
水溜めを所定の高水位まで水で充填することと、
製氷サイクル中に、前記水溜め内の前記水の電気伝導度を測定することと、
前記製氷サイクル中に、蒸発器で氷を形成するために、前記蒸発器にわたって前記水溜めからの前記水を循環させることと、
前記製氷サイクル中に、前記水溜め内の前記水の水位が前記氷の形成とともに下がる、前記水溜めの前記水の前記水位をモニタすることと、
(a)前記電気伝導度が所定の電気伝導度の値以上である、および(b)前記水位が所定の低水位まで下がっている、という決定に応答して、前記製氷サイクル中に、追加の水を前記水溜めに追加することと、
前記製氷サイクルを終了し、
前記氷を収穫することを含む氷の製造方法。 - 前記水位を前記モニタすることが、前記所定の高水位を検出するための第1のプローブと、前記所定の低水位を検出するための第2および第3のプローブとを備える水位プローブを介して行われる、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記水位プローブが、前記第2のプローブと前記第3のプローブとの間の前記電気伝導度を測定することによって前記水の前記電気伝導度を測定し、前記第3のプローブが基準プローブである、請求項2に記載の方法。
- 前記所定の電気伝導度の値が、30GPGの溶解固形分を示す、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 氷の製造システムであって、
給水源と、
水溜めと、
前記給水源からの水が前記水溜めへ方向付けられる、前記給水源と前記水溜めとの間に配置された注水弁と、
蒸発器と、
製氷サイクル中に、前記蒸発器で氷を形成するために、前記蒸発器にわたって前記水溜めからの前記水を循環させるためのポンプと、
前記水溜めからの水が放水される、水放水バルブと、
前記水で前記水溜めを所定の高水位まで充填するために前記水注入バルブを制御し、
前記製氷サイクル中に、前記水溜め内の前記水の電気伝導度を測定し、
前記製氷サイクル中に、前記水溜め内の前記水の前記水位が前記氷の形成とともに下がる、前記水溜め内の前記水の前記水位をモニタし、
(a)前記電気伝導度が所定の電気伝導度の値以上である、および(b)前記水位が所定の低水位まで下がっている、という決定に応答して、前記製氷サイクル中に、追加の水を前記水溜めに追加するための前記水注入バルブを制御し、
前記製氷サイクルを終了し、
前記氷を収穫する、コントローラと、
を含む氷の製造システム。 - 前記コントローラが、前記所定の高水位を検出するための第1のプローブと、前記所定の低水位を検出するための第2および第3のプローブとを備える水位プローブによって前記水位をモニタする、請求項5に記載のシステム。
- 前記水位プローブが、前記第2のプローブと前記第3のプローブとの間の電気伝導度を測定することによって前記水の前記電気伝導度を測定し、前記第3のプローブが基準プローブである、請求項6に記載のシステム。
- 前記所定の電気伝導度の値が、30GPGの溶解固形分を示す、請求項5に記載のシステム。
- 前記収穫後に、前記水溜めから前記水を放水することをさらに含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記コントローラが前記氷を収穫した後に、前記コントローラが前記水溜めから前記水を放水するための前記水放水バルブを制御する、請求項5に記載のシステム。
