Abstract
método e sistema para produzir gelo límpido. trata-se de um método para fabricar gelo límpido que compreende: preencher um reservatório de água até um nível predeterminado; colocar um refrigerante em contato com um evaporador; monitorar o nível de água no reservatório; e monitorar a condutividade da água no reservatório para determinar se a condutividade da água é igual ou maior que uma válvula de condutividade predeterminada, (i) se a condutividade não for igual ou maior que a válvula de condutividade predeterminadae se o nível de água atigir um nível de água inferior predeterminado, então completar o ciclo de fabricação de gelo e iniciar o ciclo de coleta; ou (ii) se a condutividade for igual ou maior que a válvula de condutividade predeterminada e se o nível de água não tiver atingido um nível de água inferior predeterminado, então, adicionador água adicional ao reservatório de água.
