Description
0.3g/10min、190℃、荷重2.16kgのメルトフローレート(MFl)を有するブロー可能なポリエチレンはブロー成形で処理されタンクの形状の成形品となる。このブロー可能なポリエチレンの密度は0.95g/cm3である。このブロー可能なポリエチレンは、175℃の架橋温度を有する有機過酸化物を含む。成形後は、ブローされた空胴は240℃の温度で架橋するために5分間に亘ってさらされる。このために、この空胴はその形態を保持するための風によって場合により生じうる変形から守られる。空胴の冷却後、この空胴には、エポキシ樹脂のしみ込んだカーボンファイバがその層厚が15mmから45mmに達するまで巻きつけられる。このタンクは、150℃の継続温度において長持ちする耐久性を持つ。

Claims (9)
- 流体を貯蔵するためのタンク(1)の形態の成形品の製造方法であって、
前記成形品は、壁部(3)によって囲まれている空胴(2)と、該空胴(2)に対して流体を送る乃至は排出するための少なくとも1つの装置(4)とを有しており、
前記空胴(2)はブロー成形でポリエチレンを使用して作製され、該ポリエチレンは架橋され、
前記タンク(1)は、円筒状の中央部分(11)の形態の長く延びた構造を有している、
成形品の製造方法において、
前記タンク(1)は、前記円筒の両端部に成形されたポールキャップ(12)を有しており、
前記壁部(3)上に、線条又は線材を編み込むことによって、外部層としての強化層(32)を形成する、
ことを特徴とする製造方法。 - 前記ポリエチレンは過酸化物又はシラン又は放射エネルギの作用によって架橋される、請求項1記載の方法。
- 前記ポリエチレンの架橋度は5%から95%が選択される、請求項1又は2記載の方法。
- 前記強化層(32)のために、線条が用いられるか、又は、炭素若しくはアラミド若しくは金属若しくはホウ素若しくはガラス若しくはケイ酸含有材料若しくはアルミナ若しくは高粘着性且つ高温耐性のあるポリマ材料若しくは上述したものの混合物から成る線材が用いられる、請求項1から3のいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 前記外部層(32)のために、ポリマ材料が用いられる、請求項1から4のいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 外部保護層(6)が前記壁部(3)の外部層(32)上に取り付けられる、請求項1から5のいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 前記外部保護層(6)として、熱可塑性樹脂又は共押出物又は収縮チューブ又はニット又はメリヤス生地又は網組み織物又は上述したものの組み合わせが設けられる、請求項6記載の方法。
- 流体を貯蔵するための成形品であって、
壁部(3)によって囲まれている空胴(2)と、該空胴(2)に対して流体を送る乃至は排出するための少なくとも1つの装置(4)とを有している、請求項1から7のいずれか1項記載の方法によって製造される成形品において、
ポリエチレンを含む前記壁部(3)はブロー成形で作製され、成形後に架橋されており、
前記壁部(3)に外部層(32)が強化層として形成されている、
ことを特徴とする成形品。 - 請求項8記載の成形品を少なくとも1つ備えた流体供給システムであって、
自動車又は定置若しくは移動式のエネルギ形成装置において使用される
ことを特徴とする流体供給システム。
