Claims (5)
- 車両の空圧式のブレーキ機構のブレーキ装置及び補助装置を制御するための弁アッセンブリであって、圧縮空気通路(7)を備えた少なくとも1つの共通の支持モジュール(1a,1b)に取外し可能に取り付けられた、前記ブレーキ機構のブレーキ機能又はブレーキ補助機能を発揮する空圧式の制御弁(6a,6b)を備える、車両の空圧式のブレーキ機構のブレーキ装置及び補助装置の制御のための弁アッセンブリにおいて、
少なくとも同じ高さ寸法及び奥行き寸法を有する、複数の連設されているブロック状の支持モジュール(1a,1b)が設けられており、該支持モジュール(1a,1b)は通路区分(2)を有しており、該通路区分(2)は全支持モジュール(1a,1b)の連設により共通の長手方向通路(3)をもたらし、各支持モジュール(1a,1b)の正面(4)には、圧縮空気流を内部の通路の間において切り換えるために、カートリッジ弁として形成されている制御弁(6a,6b)を収容するための少なくとも1つの基準穴(5a,5b)が配置されており、
ブレーキ機能を発揮するために、マルチウェイ・切換弁若しくは逆止弁の形式、又は、ブレーキ補助機能を発揮するために、マルチウェイ・切換弁、圧力スイッチ又は減圧弁の形式の制御弁(6a,6b)が形成されていて、
ブロック状の前記支持モジュール(1a,1b)は、圧縮空気を案内するための標準的に加工された内部の通路を備えて構成されており、該内部の通路の経路は、前記制御弁(6a,6b)の選択的な装備に応じて所望のブレーキ機能又はブレーキ補助機能に合わせるために、栓体エレメント(8)を介して設定変更可能であることを特徴とする、車両の空圧式のブレーキ機構のブレーキ装置及び補機の制御のための弁アッセンブリ。 - 前記支持モジュール(1a,1b)は軽金属鋳物から成っており、前記内部の通路(2,3,7)は穿孔加工により形成されていることを特徴とする、請求項1記載の弁アッセンブリ。
- 連設されている前記支持モジュール(1a,1b)は長手方向に延在する複数のタイロッド(9)を介して互いに位置固定されていることを特徴とする、請求項1又は2記載の弁アッセンブリ。
- 連設されている前記支持モジュール(1a,1b)は、夫々横方向に延在する固定ねじ(10)を介して、前記正面(4)とは反対側の面において1つの共通の支持プレート(11)に取外し可能に取り付けられていることを特徴とする、請求項1から3までのいずれか一項記載の弁アッセンブリ。
- 前記支持プレート(11)は前記全支持モジュール(1a,1b)への共通の圧縮空気供給のための中心的な空気接続部(12)を有していることを特徴とする、請求項1から4までのいずれか一項記載の弁アッセンブリ。
