Claims (7)
- 車両座席の背もたれの側部部材(2)、車両座席のチューブ(4)、車両座席の座席基部の側部部材(6)、車両座席の長手方向の調節の上部レール(9)及び車両座席の長手方向の調節の下部レール(10)から選択される車両内装部品であって、
前記車両内装部品は、冷間成形され、冷間成形の前、間または後に部品にドリリングまたはパンチングによって穴が形成さることで、所望の部品の形状に形成され、
成形された後に、局所的に材料強度を向上するために処置される鋼からなり、
前記処置される領域は、前記側部部材(2)ではリクライナが取り付けられる領域(7)、前記チューブ(4)では座屈抵抗を必要な強度に改良するための領域(8)、前記側部部材(6)ではリクライナが取り付けられる領域(7)、前記上部レール(9)ではボールレースの領域(図5bのA)、前記下部レール(10)ではボールレースの領域(図6bのA)であり、
前記処置された領域の強化された材料強度は、応力Rpが1000−1200MPa、及び/又は引張り強度Rmが1300−1500MPAであることを特徴とする車両内装部品(2、4、6、9、10)。 - 処置されない領域の材料強度は、前記Rpが600−800MPa、及び/又は前記Rmが900−1100MPAであることを特徴とする請求項1記載の車両内装部品(2、4、6、9、10)。
- 前記側部部材(6)の前部がさらに処理されることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の車両内装部品(2、4、6、9、10)。0016

成形された後に、有抵抗加熱効果を起こす部品に渦巻き電流を誘導するために電磁界が用いられて、局所的に材料強度が向上され、
前記処置される領域は、前記側部部材(2)ではリクライナが取り付けられる領域(7)、前記チューブ(4)では座屈抵抗を必要な強度に改良するための領域(8)、前記側部部材(6)ではリクライナが取り付けられる領域(7)、前記上部レール(9)ではボールレースの領域(図5bのA)、前記下部レール(10)ではボールレースの領域(図6bのA)であることを特徴とする金属からなる車両内装部品(2、4、6、9、10)の処置方法。 - 前記部品は、鋼の微細構造のマルテンサイト及び/又はベイナイトへの変質をサポートするに充分早いレートにて冷却されることを特徴とする請求項6記載の車両内装部品(2、4、6、9、10)の処置方法。
