Description
Claims (5)
- 電極材と溶媒とを混練させたスラリー状の電極混練物を塗布する塗布部と、
前記塗布部へ前記電極混練物を圧送するポンプと、
塗布される前の前記電極混練物を、その電極混練物の貯蔵弾性率が安定する所定温度領域まで昇温させる昇温部と、
前記塗布部と前記ポンプとを接続する配管と、
を備え、
前記昇温部は、前記電極混練物が前記ポンプからの熱の影響を受けても、前記塗布部から塗布される前記電極混練物の温度が変化しないように、前記配管を流れる前記電極混練物の温度を昇温させる、
塗布装置。 - 前記昇温部は、前記塗布部と前記ポンプの間の配管経路のほぼ全長にわたって前記配管の外周を覆うように形成されて温水が循環する配管である、
請求項1に記載の塗布装置。 - 前記所定温度領域は、前記電極混練物の温度を1℃上昇させたときの前記電極混練物の貯蔵弾性率の変化率が5%以内となる温度領域である、
請求項1又は請求項2に記載の塗布装置。 - 前記所定温度領域は、前記電極混練物が正極混練物のときは35℃から65℃の領域である、
請求項1又は請求項2に記載の塗布装置。 - 前記所定温度領域は、前記電極混練物が負極混練物のときは35℃から70℃の領域である、
請求項1又は請求項2に記載の塗布装置。
