a)傷口中のプロテアーゼを抑制する手段として5〜98重量%の粒子サイズx(ここで、x≦300μm)の粒子、および
b)水性溶液の廃棄および/または放出のための手段として2〜95重量%の粒子サイズx(ここで、x>300μm)の粒子を含むことを特徴とする。
a)傷口中のプロテアーゼを抑制する手段として20〜80重量%の粒子サイズx(ここで、x≦300μm)の粒子、および
b)水性溶液の廃棄および/または放出のための手段として20〜80重量%の粒子サイズx(ここで、x>300μm)の粒子を含むことを特徴とすることが非常に好ましい。
50容積%以上の水と、
活性化溶液が合成活性化溶液である仕様で少なくとも5mモル/lのナトリウムイオンとを含む水性活性化溶液を少なくとも500重量%含む場合、特に有利である。
125mmHgの真空で2分間、その後、

Claims (23)
- a)傷口および傷口周辺(5)を気密包囲のための空気非浸透性のカバー材料(1)と、
b)傷口空間(4)中が真空になされ、液体が前記傷口空間(4)の外へ吸引できるように、前記傷口空間(4)を前記カバー材料(1)の外部に配置された真空源(29、39、49)に機能的に接続する接続手段と、
c)前記傷口の表面(2)と前記カバー材料(1)の間に形成された隙間に挿入するための少なくとも1つの高吸収性ポリマーを含む少なくとも1つの活性化された吸収/洗浄体(3、53)と、
を含み、前記活性化された吸収/洗浄体(3、53)が
50容量%以上の水と、
少なくとも5mモル/lのナトリウムイオンと
を含む水性活性化溶液を、前記吸収/洗浄体(3、53)の乾燥重量に対して少なくとも500重量%含み、前記水性活性化溶液が合成活性化溶液である
傷口の真空治療のための装置。 - 前記高吸収性ポリマーが粒子または繊維からなる、請求項1に記載の傷口の真空治療のための装置。
- 前記高吸収性ポリマーが高吸収性ポリアクリル酸塩である、請求項1〜2のいずれか一項に記載の傷口の真空治療のための装置。
- 前記高吸収性ポリマーが種々のサイズのポリアクリル酸塩粒子の粒子混合物であって、前記粒子混合物が、
(a)粒子サイズがxの粒子5〜100重量%(ここでx≦300μm)と、
(b)粒子サイズがxの粒子0〜95重量%(ここでx>300μm)と、
を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の傷口の真空治療のための装置。 - 前記活性化された吸収/洗浄体(3、53)が、織物包みによって取り囲まれた吸収/洗浄体であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の傷口の真空治療のための装置。
- 前記活性化された吸収/洗浄体(3、53)が、高吸収性ポリアクリル酸塩、セルロース繊維、およびポリプロピレン繊維を含む包まれたエアレイドであることを特徴とする、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の傷口の真空治療のための装置。
- 前記活性化された吸収/洗浄体(3、53)が、
50容量%以上の水と、
少なくとも5mモル/lのナトリウムイオンと、
少なくとも0.1mモル/lのカリウムイオンと、
少なくとも0.1mモル/lのカルシウムイオンと、
少なくとも5mモル/lの塩素イオンと、
所望によって無機カチオンおよび/またはアニオンと、
所望によって有機アニオンと、
所望によって抗菌性物質と、
所望によって追加の生物有機化合物と、
を含み、4〜9のpH値で、20℃で0.8mPa・s〜150mPa・sの粘度である水性活性化溶液を、前記吸収/洗浄体の乾燥重量に対して少なくとも500重量%含むことを特徴とする、請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の傷口の真空治療のための装置。 - 前記水性活性化溶液がリンゲル溶液であることを特徴とする、請求項7に記載の傷口の真空治療のための装置。
- 前記活性化された吸収/洗浄体(3、53)が、安定容積の活性化された吸収/洗浄体であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の傷口の真空治療のための装置。
- 前記活性化された吸収/洗浄体(3、53)が、傷口処置の間に前記真空治療の開始時に対して少なくとも1%で50%を越えない容積の減少を示すことを特徴とする、請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載の傷口の真空治療のための装置。
- 前記接続手段が、
前記カバー材料(1)を通過する少なくとも1つの接続ライン(24、47)または
前記カバー材料(1)の縁部の下を通過する少なくとも1つの接続ライン、または
前記カバー材料(1)の内部または外部に取り付けることのできる真空接続要素(26、36)
から選択される手段の1つであり、前記カバー材料(1)が適切な開口部を有することを特徴とする、請求項1〜10のいずれか一項に記載の傷口の真空治療のための装置。 - 前記真空が250mmHgを超えず、好ましくは少なくとも10mmHgで150mmHgを超えないことを特徴とする、請求項1〜11のいずれか一項に記載の傷口の真空治療のための装置。
- 前記真空が、一定である真空または時間で変動する真空であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜12のいずれか一項に記載の傷口の真空治療のための装置。
- 前記カバー材料(1)が、非水溶性ポリマーまたは金属フィルムを含むフィルムであることを特徴とする、請求項1〜13のいずれか一項に記載の傷口の真空治療のための装置。
- 前記非水溶性ポリマーが、ポリウレタン、ポリエステル、ポリプロピレン、ポリエチレン、ポリアミド、ポリ塩化ビニル、ポリ有機シロキサン、またはこれらの混合物であることを特徴とする、請求項14に記載の傷口の真空治療のための装置。
- 前記活性化された吸収/洗浄体(3、53)と前記傷口の表面(2)との間に形成される隙間に含まれるための少なくとも1つの傷口接触層(66)をさらに含むことを特徴とする、請求項1〜15のいずれか一項に記載の傷口の真空治療のための装置。
- 前記傷口接触層(66)が、ポリウレタン層、水性コロイド層、構造化ゲル層、ポリ有機シロキサン層、浸透性不織布層、または目の細かい格子状ネットであることを特徴とする、請求項16に記載の傷口の真空治療のための装置。
- 前記活性化された吸収/洗浄体(3、53)と前記カバー材料(1)の間に形成される隙間に含まれるための少なくとも1つの追加の圧力配分層(77)をさらに含むことを特徴とする、請求項1〜17のいずれか一項に記載の傷口の真空治療のための装置。
- 前記圧力配分層(77)が、開放セルまたは半開放セル発泡体、スペーサ編み物、織物層、構造化ゲル、または浸透性不織布層であることを特徴とする、請求項18に記載の傷口の真空治療のための装置。
- 前記織物層が織物傷口湿布または目の細かい格子状ネットであることを特徴とする、請求項19に記載の傷口の真空治療のための装置。

c)前記傷口の表面(2)と前記カバー材料(1)の間に形成される隙間に含まれるための少なくとも1つの高吸収性ポリマーを含む少なくとも1つの活性化された吸収/洗浄体(3、53)であって、使用準備のできた包装で提供される、活性化された吸収/洗浄体(3、53)と、
を含み、前記活性化された吸収/洗浄体(3、53)は、
50容量%以上の水と、
少なくとも5mモル/lのナトリウムイオンと
