Description
長さ220mm、幅8mm〜12mm、および厚み4mmの割り箸(白樺)を水に一昼夜浸した。次いで、この水が浸透した割り箸を、きのこ菌床栽培用培地(広葉樹オガコと栄養材(コメヌカ、フスマ、とうもろこしヌカなど)とを容積比で10:1〜3でなる)を含む耐熱性瓶に、割り箸が培地中に埋没するように入れた。その後、高圧下で加熱殺菌し、この培地にクリタケの菌糸体(臼田A−6:種菌)を接種し、約20℃にて静置培養した。培養開始から70日後、培地上に菌糸が蔓延していることを確認し、培地から種菌が繁殖した割り箸を取り出し、これを種駒(クリタケ割り箸種駒という)とした。

−: 原木に菌糸体が移っているが、伸長速度が不十分である
±: 原木に菌糸体が移っており、通常通り伸長している
+: 原木に菌糸体が移っており、伸長速度が速い
++: 原木に菌糸体が蔓延しており、菌の活着が完全である
−−: 菌糸体の蔓延状況が原木の断面積の10%以下である
−: 菌糸体の蔓延状況が原木の断面積の10%超25%以下である
±: 菌糸体の蔓延状況が原木の断面積の25%超50%以下である
+: 菌糸体の蔓延状況が原木の断面積の50%超75%以下である
++: 菌糸体の蔓延状況が原木の断面積の75%超100%である
割り箸の代わりに、長さ60mmおよび直径2mmのつまようじ(白樺)を用いたこと、およびクリタケの菌糸体(種菌)として、臼田A−6の代わりに、臼田A−1を用いたこと以外は、実施例1と同様にして種駒を調製し、これをクリタケつまようじ種駒1とした。
Claims (3)
- 種駒と原木とを接触させる工程を包含するきのこの接種方法であって、該種駒が、種菌を繁殖させた長さが50mm〜230mmの棒状の木材片であり、該接触が、原木の長手方向に溝を形成し、そしてこの溝に種駒をはめ込むことにより行われる、きのこの接種方法。
- 前記木材片の断面積の幅が、1〜14mmである、請求項1に記載のきのこの接種方法。
- 前記種菌が、タモギタケ、ヒラタケ、シイタケ、ナメコ、マンネンタケ、キクラゲ、ヤナギマツタケ、ブナシメジ、ムキタケ、エノキタケ、マイタケ、クリタケ、ヌメリスギタケ、またはハタケシメジの菌糸体である、請求項1または2に記載のきのこの接種方法。
