Description
Claims (6)
- ガスの流動手段(18,20)を通じて鋼製の物の位置にガスを流すことにより載荷物(14)を焼き入れするための方法において、
前記ガスは、載荷物(14)の位置に流れた後、冷却流体が流れる交換器(22)により冷却され、
前記冷却流体の温度は、前記交換器の出口の位置の温度センサにより検知され、
予め載荷物(14)を焼き入れする際の前記交換器の出口の位置での冷却流体の温度変化の曲線(41)を求め、前記冷却流体の温度が前記温度変化の曲線(41)となるように前記ガスの速度プロフィール(40)を決定しておき、
前記流動手段は、前記速度プロフィール(40)に従って、載荷物の位置にガスを流すように制御され、
前記速度プロフィール(40)の少なくとも一部は、第2速度の第1プラトー(42)と、第1速度のプラトー(44)と、第2速度の第2プラトー(46)とを順に有し、前記第1速度は0を超え、前記第2速度より小さくしてあり、
前記第2速度の第1プラトー(42)と前記第1速度のプラトー(44)との間の移行は、前記冷却流体の温度の上昇中に行われ、
前記流動手段は、検知された前記冷却流体の温度が所定の閾値温度を超えた場合、前記第2速度の第1プラトー(42)から前記第1速度のプラトー(44)へ変化させて、載荷物(14)の位置にガスを流すように制御される
ことを特徴とする方法。 - 載荷物(14)の位置のガスの静圧は、第2速度の第2プラトー(46)に比して、第1速度のプラトー(44)では減少する
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。 - 流動手段は、冷却流体の温度が所定の付加的閾値温度未満に減少した場合、第1速度のプラトー(44)から第2速度の第2プラトー(46)へ変化させて、載荷物(14)の位置にガスを流すように制御される
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。 - 流動手段(18, 20)は、速度プロフィールに応じて、載荷物の位置にガスを流すように制御され、
速度プロフィールは、第1速度と第2速度との中間の速度の追加のプラトー(76)及び第2速度の第1プラトー(78)を、焼き入れ操作の開始から順に有し、
第1速度と第2速度との中間の速度の追加のプラトーと第2速度の第1プラトーとの間の移行は、冷却流体の温度の上昇中に行われる
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。 - 流動手段は、所定時間の後、第1速度と第2速度との中間の速度の追加のプラトー(76)から第2速度の第1プラトー(78)へ変化させて、載荷物(14)の位置にガスを流すように制御される
ことを特徴とする請求項4に記載の方法。 - 載荷物(14)のガス焼入れセルにおいて、
ガスは、載荷物(14)の位置に流れた後、冷却流体が流れる交換器(22)により冷却され、
前記冷却流体の温度は、交換器の出口の位置の温度センサにより検知され、
モータ(18)により駆動され、載荷物と交換器(22)との間でガスを流すためのかく拌要素(20)と、
予め焼き入れする際の前記交換器の出口の位置での冷却流体の温度変化の曲線(41)を求め、前記冷却流体の温度が前記温度変化の曲線(41)となるように決定された前記ガスの速度プロフィール(40)によりガスの速度を変化させて、載荷物の位置にガスを流すために、かく拌要素の駆動速度を変化させることができる手段と
を備え、
前記速度プロフィール(40)は、少なくとも、第2速度の第1プラトー(42)と、第1速度のプラトー(44)と、第2速度の第2プラトー(46)とを順に有し、前記第1速度は0を超え、前記第2速度より小さくしてあり、
前記第2速度の第1プラトー(42)と第1速度のプラトー(44)との間の移行は、前記冷却流体の温度の上昇中に行われ、
前記流動手段は、検知された前記冷却流体の温度が所定の閾値温度を超えた場合、第2速度の第1プラトー(42)から第1速度のプラトー(44)へ変化させて、載荷物(14)の位置にガスを流すように制御される
ことを特徴とするガス焼入れセル。
