Claims (2)
- 冷却用のガスを充填して熱処理対象物を冷却する熱処理装置であって、
熱処理対象物が搬入される冷却室と、
充填された冷却ガスを吸引し吐出することで攪拌するファンと、
同一のファン軸に回転駆動力を供給する複数個の原動機と
を具備し、
複数個の原動機が出力する駆動力を一つのファン軸に入力して複数個の原動機により一つのファンを駆動し得るものであり、
前記複数個の原動機のうちの一部のみを駆動力供給源として運転している状態と、全部を駆動力供給源として運転している状態とを選択的にとり得るものであって、
熱処理対象物の緩冷期間または小形の熱処理対象物を処理する場合において前記複数個の原動機のうちの一部のみを駆動力供給源として運転し、熱処理対象物の急冷期間または大形の熱処理対象物を処理する場合において前記複数個の原動機の全部を駆動力供給源として運転する熱処理装置。 - 熱処理対象物から熱量を奪い昇温した冷却ガスを前記冷却室から吸出す還流口と、還流口の開度を調節する調節機構とをさらに具備し、
全部の原動機を運転する時期には前記還流口を比較的大きく開くとともに、その後一部の原動機のみを運転する時期には前記還流口の開度を絞り込み前記冷却室内のガス圧力を増圧する請求項1記載の熱処理装置。
