Claims (10)
- 少なくとも2つの部品(1a、1b)から構成されるハウジング(1)と、取付用コンソール(2)と、トランスミッション(22)に接続される可逆モータ(7)と、トランスミッション(22)を介して前記可逆モータ(7)によって駆動されるスピンドル(5)と、スピンドル(5)を埋め込むための軸受(31)と、回転しないように前記スピンドル(5)に固定されたスピンドルナット(6)と、前記スピンドル(5)を囲繞する外管(3)と、前記外管(3)内に伸縮自在に取り付けられかつ前記スピンドルナット(6)に接続された作動要素(4)と、前記作動要素(4)の外端の前部取付部(8)と、前記ハウジング(1)に配設された後部取付部(9)と、を備え、前記後部取付部(9)内に前記スピンドルの軸受(31)用の座が存在し、前記可逆モータ(7)、前記トランスミッション(22)、および前記外管(3)が前記コンソール(2)に固定されて成るリニアアクチュエータであって、前記取付用コンソール(2)が、前記ハウジング(1)の前記2つの部品(1a、1b)が取り付けられる別個の要素として設計され、かつ前記取付用コンソール(2)が前記アクチュエータの軸受シャーシを構成しており、
前記取付用コンソール(2)が壁要素(2a)を備え、その周囲およびその上に前記ハウジング(1)、前記モータ(7)、前記トランスミッション(22)、および前記アクチュエータの前記外管(3)が取り付けられており、
前記取付用コンソール(2)の前記壁要素(2a)の外側輪郭が、前記ハウジング(1)の断面の外側輪郭と一致または本質的に一致する、ことを特徴とするリニアアクチュエータ。 - 前記可逆モータ(7)が前記スピンドル(5)と平行に配設されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のリニアアクチュエータ。
- 前記可逆モータ(7)が前記スピンドル(5)のシャフト端(5a)に沿って位置することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のリニアアクチュエータ。
- 前記ハウジングの2つの部品(1a、1b)は、前記スピンドル(5)の長手軸に垂直な組立面を持つことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のリニアアクチュエータ。
- 前記取付用コンソール(2)が、前記トランスミッション(22)を収容する追加のハウジング(16)を備えることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のリニアアクチュエータ。
- 前記取付用コンソール(2)が管形ソケット(43)を備え、前記外管(3)が前記管形ソケット(43)の自由縁上に立設されるように、前記ソケット(43)の内側および外側輪郭が前記外管(3)の内側および外側輪郭と一致または本質的に一致することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のリニアアクチュエータ。
- 前記外管(3)がねじで前記取付用コンソール(2)に固定され、その目的のためのねじ溝(42)が前記外管(3)に作成されることを特徴とする、請求項6に記載のリニアアクチュエータ。
- 前記アクチュエータが、前記管形ソケット(43)の側にエンドストップスイッチ(54、55)を持つ印刷回路基板(53)を備えること、および前記エンドストップスイッチを作動させるためのアーム(58)を持つスライダが前記印刷回路基板(53)上に位置し、前記スピンドルナット(6)が最奥端位置で前記スライダのアーム(58)を作動させること、および1端を前記アーム(58)に固定される一方、他端にその他端部で前記スピンドルナット(6)によって操作される掴み(52b)を備えた軸方向に変位可能なロッド(52)が前記外管(3)内に埋め込まれることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のリニアアクチュエータ。
- 前記後部取付部(9)が前記スピンドル(5)の前記軸受(31)用の座(35)を備えること、および前記スピンドル(5)の前記軸受(31)を横から前記座(35)内に挿置することができるように、前記座(35)が前記後部取付部(9)の側に通じる開口(37)に接続されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のリニアアクチュエータ。
- 前記後部取付部(9)が別個の要素として構成され、前記取付用コンソール(2)および前記ハウジング(1)の後端の端壁に保持されることを特徴とする、請求項1または9に記載のリニアアクチュエータ。
