Abstract
atuador linear. atuador linear compreendendo um alojamento (1), consistindo de pelo menos duas partes (1a, 1b), um console de montagem (2), um motor reversível (7) com uma transmissão (22), uma árvore (5) que, na transmissão, é acionada pelo motor, um mancal (16) para embutir a árvore (5), uma porca de árvore (6) fixada contra a rotação na árvore, um tubo externo (3) que circunda a árvore, um elemento de ativação (4) montado telescopicamente no tubo externo (3) e conectado á porca de árvore (6), uma montagem frontal (8) na extremidade externa do elemento de ativação (4), uma montagem traseira (9) dispostas no alojamento. na montagem traseira (9) há uma sede para o mancal (31) da árvore. o motor (7), a transmissão (22) e o tubo externo (3) são fixados no console (2). o console de montagem (2) é construído como um elemento separado, em torno do qual as duas partes (1a, 1b) do alojamento são montadas, e o console de montagem (2) constitui sozinho o chassi do mancal do atuador. desse modo, uma possibilidade para um atuador compacto, com baixo custo de manufatura conjuntamente com propriedades de altos desempenho e qualidade, é obtida.
