Abstract

arranjo de um dispositivo de absorção de choques para veículo automotivo, em que pelo menos um elemento de absorção e choques(14) é disposto entre uma película de chapa de proteção(10) e um membro tansversal estrutural (12), sendo um jogo (j) apto a permitir operações de montagem disposto entre o elemento de absorção(14) e o membro transversal(12) e em que um meio de compensação de jogo(18),sustentado por uma parede (16) do elemento absorção (14), é disposto entre o elemento de absorção (14) e o membro transversal (12),de modo a limitar a deformação da película de chapa de proteção(10) quando ela é submetida a um esforço moderado permitindo ao mesmo tempo as operações de montagem,caracterizado pelo fato de que o meio de compensação de jogo(18) é uma lingueta elasticamente deformável de plano mediano (p) apresentando uma primeira extremidade ligada á parede (16) do elemento de absorção (14) e uma segunda extremidde livre se estendendo á distância ao longo da parede(16) e mantida sob tensão contra o elemento de absorção (14).
