Description
a)少なくとも1種のシラン官能性ポリマーPと、
b)少なくとも1種の下記式(I)のアルキルトリアルコキシシラン:
R1は、1〜12個の炭素原子を有する直鎖または分岐の一価炭化水素部分であって、場合により1個以上のC−C多重結合を有していてもよく、かつ/あるいは、場合により1個以上の脂環式成分および/または芳香族成分を有していてもよい部分を表し;かつ、
R2は、6〜10個の炭素原子を有する分岐炭化水素部分を表す)と
を含む組成物に関する。
指数「a」は、0、1、または2の値、好ましくは0の値を指す。
R7は、水素原子、または直鎖もしくは分岐の、1〜20個の炭素原子を有する一価の炭化水素部分であって、場合により環状部分または式(VI)の部分:
R8およびR9部分は、それぞれ互いに独立に、水素原子を表すか、あるいはR11、−COOR11、および−CNからなる群からの基を表す、
R10部分は、水素原子を表すか、あるいは−CH2−COOR11、−COOR11、−CONHR11、−CON(R11)2、−CN、−NO2、−PO(OR11)2、−SO2R11、および−SO2OR11からなる群からの基を表し、
R11部分は、場合により少なくとも1個のヘテロ原子を含有していてもよい、1〜20個のC原子を有する炭化水素部分を表す)
を有していてもよい基を表す。]
R3およびR4、および指数aは、上述した通りである。
i) 上述した組成物を、基材S1および/または基材S2に適用する工程と、
ii) 基材S1および基材S2を、上述した組成物を介して、組成物の可使時間内に接触させる工程と、
iii) 前記組成物を水によって硬化させる工程と、
を含み、基材S2と基材S1とが、互いに同じであっても異なっていてもよい方法である。
i’) 上述した組成物を、基材S1に、かつ/あるいは、2つの基材S1およびS2の間に、適用する工程と、
ii’) 前記組成物を、水、特に大気中の湿気の形態の水によって硬化させる工程と、
を含み、基材S2と基材S1とが、互いに同じであっても異なっていてもよい方法である。
引張強度、破断点伸び、および0〜100%伸び時の弾性率を、DIN EN ISO 53504(引張速度:200mm/分)に準拠して、23℃、相対湿度50%にて14日間硬化させた層厚さ2mmのフィルムを用いて測定した。
窒素雰囲気下で、700 gのポリオールAcclaim(登録商標)12200〔Bayer MaterialScience AG(独国)、低モノオールのポリオキシプロピレンジオール、OH価11.0 mg KOH/g、水含有量約0.02質量%〕、24.6 gのイソホロンジイソシアネート〔Vestanat(登録商標)IPDI、Evonik Degussa GmbH(独国)〕、182 gの2,2,4-トリメチル-1,3-ペンタンジオールジイソブチレート〔Eastman TXIB(登録商標)、Eastman Chemical Company (米国)〕、および0.1 gのジ-n-ブチル錫ジラウレート〔Martin(登録商標)K 712、Acima AG (スイス)〕を、絶えず撹拌しながら90℃に加熱し、この温度に保った。1時間の反応時間の後に、滴定によって測定した遊離のイソシアネート基の含有量が、0.32質量%の値に達した。その後、24.5 gのN-(3-トリメトキシシリルプロピル)アミノコハク酸ジエチルエステルを添加し、混合物を90℃にてさらに2〜3時間撹拌した。反応は、遊離のイソシアネートがIR分光法(2275〜2230 cm-1)によって全く検出されなくなった時に終了させた。生成物を室温(23℃)まで冷却し、湿気を排除した条件下に保った(理論ポリマー含有率=80 %)。こうして得られたシラン官能性ポリウレタンポリマーSHは、室温で液体である。
真空ミキサーに、1000gのジイソデシルフタレート(Palatinol(登録商標)Z、BASF SE、独国)および160g の4,4'-ジフェニルメタンジイソシアネート(Desmodur(登録商標) 44 MC L、Bayer MaterialScience AG、独国)を加え、少し加熱した。その後、90gのモノブチルアミンを、激しく撹拌しながら滴下によりゆっくり添加した。得られた白いペーストを、減圧下で冷却しながらさらに1時間撹拌した。このチキソトロピー剤TMは、80質量%のジイソデシルフタレート中に20質量%のチキソトロピー剤を含有している。
真空ミキサー中で、表1および2に質量部で示した量のシラン官能性ポリマー(SHまたはMS)、チキソトロピー剤TM、およびビニルトリメトキシシラン(Silquest(登録商標)A-171、Momentive Performance Materials Inc.製、米国)を、5分間十分に撹拌した。その後、乾燥させた沈降チョーク〔Socal(登録商標)U1S2、Solvay SA、ベルギーおよびOmyacarb(登録商標)5-GU、Omya AG、スイス〕を添加し、60℃にて15分間練った。加熱器のスイッチをオフにし、N-(2-アミノエチル)-3-アミノプロピルトリメトキシシラン(Silquest(登録商標)A-1120、Momentive Performance Materials Inc.製)および触媒(Metatin(登録商標)K712、DIDP中の10%溶液として)を、減圧下10分間かけて順次加えて均質なペーストに加工した。次いで、このペーストを、内側がアルミニウムコーティングされた塗布用ピストンカートリッジに充填した。
Claims (13)
- a)式(II’)の末端基:
R 1 は、1〜12個の炭素原子を有する直鎖または分岐の一価炭化水素基であって、場合により1個以上のC−C多重結合を有していてもよく、かつ/あるいは、場合により脂環式成分および/または芳香族成分を有していてもよい基を表し;
R 3 は、直鎖または分岐の、1〜8個の炭素原子を有する一価の炭化水素基を表し;
R 4 は、直鎖または分岐鎖の、2〜12個の炭素原子を有する二価の炭化水素基であって、場合により環状成分および/または芳香族成分を有していてもよく、かつ、場合により1個または複数個のヘテロ原子を有していてもよい炭化水素基を表し;かつ
aは、0、1、または2の値を表す)
を有する少なくとも1種のシラン官能性ポリマーPと、
b)少なくとも1種の式(I)のアルキルトリアルコキシシラン:
R1は、1〜12個の炭素原子を有する直鎖または分岐の一価炭化水素基であって、場合により1個以上のC−C多重結合を有していてもよく、かつ/あるいは、場合により脂環式成分および/または芳香族成分を有していてもよい基を表し;かつ、
R2は、6〜10個の炭素原子を有する分岐炭化水素基を表し、前記分岐炭化水素基が、多分岐アルキル基である)と
を含み、
シラン官能性ポリマーPおよび式(I)のアルキルトリアルコキシシランの両方のR 1 が同じ基を表す、組成物。 - R1が、メチル基、エチル基、またはイソプロピル基を表すことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の組成物。
- R1が、メチル基を表すことを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の組成物。
- R2が、8個の炭素原子を有する分岐炭化水素基を表すことを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の組成物。
- R2が、2,4,4−トリメチルペンチル基を表すことを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の組成物。
- 式(I)のアルキルトリアルコキシシランが、トリメトキシ(2,4,4−トリメチルペンチル)シランであることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の組成物。
- 式(I)のアルキルトリアルコキシシランの含量が、組成物全体の0.05〜4質量%であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の組成物。
- 前記組成物が、硬化後に、DIN EN 53504に準拠して引張速度200mm/分で測定して、0〜100%の伸び時に0.4Mpa以下の弾性率を有し、かつ、DIN 53505に準拠して測定して10以上のショアA硬度を有することを特徴とする、請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の組成物。
- 湿気硬化性の接着剤、シーリング材、またはコーティングとしての、請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載の組成物の使用。
- 建設用シーリング材としての、請求項10に記載の組成物の使用。
- 請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載の組成物から、これらの組成物を水で硬化させた後に得られることを特徴とする、硬化した組成物。
- シラン末端ポリマーをベースとする組成物における請求項1〜9のいずれか一項で定義した式(I)のアルキルトリアルコキシシランの使用であって、前記組成物の硬化後の状態の弾性を高め、弾性率を低下させるための、使用。
